Freeware tune up software, cleans up cache, temporary files, log files etc. and optimizes the Registry, recommend this one.
Is a freeware PDF writer, change the resolution to shrink the PDF file, it’s not perfect but for a freeware version it’s pretty good, commercial versions are included as well. No watermarks or otherwise included. Premium versions cost money (not a lot).
