本來訂了本周去滿地可的火車票 - 特價﹐不能退﹐不能換﹐不能改那一種 (約$120一位來回﹐好過搭飛機﹗)  但是很明顯不能去﹐本來已打定輸數蝕左兩張票﹐不過楊媽媽還是覺得打去問問無妨。

打去reservation說愛莫能助﹐請改打customer service.

Customer service電話沒人接﹐著楊爸爸打個電郵去。

過了兩天都沒消息﹐我們差點要踩落downtown union station理論。

最後聽到回覆﹐說因特別原因的話﹐如能提供證明﹐可給我們一年有效的train credit … 好過無喇﹗
