小楊生一直對粥和飯沒興趣﹐最近更沈迷了上烏冬… 通粉﹐意粉等都是掂掂吃幾口﹐但烏冬就可以吃很多。

只看包裝後的nutritional facts,基本上烏冬比白米要營養豐富一點 (surprisingly每包有每天所需的10%鐵呢﹗) 所以我估OK卦﹖

不過我總是覺得無論怎樣吃每天也是沒可以吃到100%所有的recommended dosage吧﹗ 不知有沒有人又同感 -____-”””
