昨天還有一點小燒和楊媽媽發然阿仔的牙肉很紅﹐所以決定等幾耐都去見醫生一轉(最後等了差不多兩小時﹗)﹐結果﹐楊大夫診斷正確-阿仔真的是受感染了。

阿仔受的那種‘病毒’﹐其實就是大人的“生飛滋”﹐但是原來人生第一次生飛滋﹐是很惡毒的﹐所以有個專稱﹐叫Primary Herpes 或再正式些﹐叫Primary Herptic Ginginvostomatitis.  小童通常在三~四歲前就會受感染﹐‘病毒’可經口水等傳染﹐所以基本上所有人也曾有過此病﹐有了之後一世會是‘帶菌者’﹐不過可能永遠潛服﹐也可能常常在生病/疲累等時候復發。

第一次染上此病時﹐有以下症狀﹕

The symptoms of th(e) initial infection are painful for infants and toddlers. Blisters form on the tongue and palate. The child’s gums (gingiva) appear fiery red and are painful to the touch. Infected children easily become dehydrated and weak, due to the pain associated with eating and drinking. Toddlers with primary herpes experience fever, malaise, loss of appetite, and severe intraoral pain. Increased salivation and foul breath may also be present. [資料來源﹕ dentalresource.org]

阿仔的狀況就是全中吧﹗

所以﹐阿仔咀角那點﹐不是弄損了﹐而是在生唇瘡﹗

現時無需下藥﹐除非今天下午/晚上再發燒才去開抗生素﹐不然只吃退燒藥止痛就可以了。

不過因為有可能傳染﹐暫時不要約女朋友仔﹐也不要和其它人接吻或共用食具好了。
