The front panel of this dress has ruffles. The scarf hid it. One other favorite detail is the bubble hem.

    I love the color combination!! :) I have a “dress’ like yours (in white and in beige) but I can’t wear them as a dress… too short on me :( boohoo :( I also love your boots!!! :)

    i’d love to wear boots here too! have one but it’s with heels…can’t do much when you are with the kids…
