I think he either has feelings for you and wants to see if you are talking to someone else or, he is just a stalker with no boundaries which is pretty much the same... because is invading your privacy which everyone is entitled to and if you havent given him permission he should mind his own business, simple. Just be yourself and if it gets too much for you report him, a personal confrontation is not recommended because he will deny it and you will look like you want trouble but if you report him, chances are if sama happens no one can say you havent done nothing. Your dad should be proactive and actually do that for you but I understand he wants you to sort out your problems etc but yes, check on that, if you dont feel relaxed about it is because you shouldnt be. Some people just dont get a life and like to life other peoples lives like stalking on them and what he is doing to you is simply strange, I wouldnt do that, you wouldnt and no one in their right mind or with good intentions would do that.
