Time flies! It is the 12th day of our trip and we are heading to Kyoto (We have the countrywide JR Pass). My wife said she wants to visit Kiyomizu Temple very much, it is quite far away though.

It takes 3 hours for us to get to the Kyoto Station by the Shinkansen New Tokkaido Line and it is 11am already. The station looks grand. We must walk around.

(1) - (3) Kyoto Station and its entrance

And then we go to Kiyomizu Temple by bus - many people have been waiting. If you plan to travel a lot of places by bus, you better buy the 1 day pass.

(4) - (15) Kiyomizu Temple

It is such a hot day that I am going to burn! We haven’t brought enough water with us, yet we can have some in the temple.

We spent half day here.
