There so many Hello Kitty merchandises in Japan that I can’t buy them all. Thanks my camera for recording the cute merchandises for me! I am going to publish five articles about Hello Kitty and this is the first one.

In Part 1 I will show you limited edition Hello Kitty merchandises in Sennai River Bank (Noto Peninsula) and Kanazawa Kenrokuen.

Yet I have forgot which of those are come from Noto Peninsula and which from Kenrokuen, I apologize.

First of all, I place the link of the blog article of "Day 5 (Part 1)" here, so that you can feel free to revise my trip.

We go to see Rainbow Bridge by tour bus. I think you must know this bridge very well, as Matsu Takakothe and Takuya Kimura have been here for the production of a Japanese drama - Love Generation. According to the tour guide, it is a popular place for dating. I really see many lovers here.

I see a Statue of Liberty opposite to the bridge, it looks similar to the one in US.

We visit a sea side mall here which is called Aqua City. It is a good place to buy and eat what you want. Near the mall you can find the side walk/board walk where many indoor and outdoor cafes are there. There is an artificial beach in the Odaiba Marine Park too.

My mother said this place looks like Atlantic City in Las Vegas, as you may find a beach, a sea side mall, sea side walk/board walk and many indoor/outdoor cafes there too.

At nightfall, my mother and I are both tired, so my mother suggests that we can go to have afternoon tea. We see a romantic cafe, Gigi, in Aqua City. I feel special for this name, because my Chinese name is "Chi" too. It is a nice place for friends to gather or for lovers to have a date, completed with the live band and the beautiful scenery of Rainbow bridge.

After having the tea, we head to Tokyo Haneda Airport by tour bus. When we arrive in the airport, the tour guide has prepared well for the departure. We really have to say goodbye to Japan now. I had so much fun here and I don’t want to leave! At 8 pm the plane takes off, and we arrive in Hong Kong at midnight on 26 April.

Let’s go to another amazing place in Japan perfect for a cozy family trip together today!

At this farm, not only can you taste the freshest ice cream and beef, you can even taste the experience of milking a cow, pick your own strawberries or riding on a peony!

MaMa Farm

There are so much to do at this farm, I can tell you one day may not be enough to experience everything!  However, despite that, the admission fee is only 800 yen for kids or 1,500 yen for adults - definitely a nice place to go for a family trip together.

On top of the many activities and food to choose from, you can see the beautiful Fuji Mountain right here from the park - now that’s amazing!

Again we have buffet in hotel for breakfast, and after that we go to travel (Azumabashi Bridge) by tour bus. To visit Tokyo Bay, we get on the Tokyo Cruise to see the scenery around. There are 12 bridges around the bay. We get off the cruise at Port of Tokyo and head to Ginza to go shopping! We have 3 hours here and meanwhile my mother and I have lunch at Tama Sushi. Later today my mother bought something in Ginza.

Again in Day 4, we have buffet in hotel in the morning. So where are we going today? IT IS DISNEYLAND! 4 of us choose Tokyo Disneysea and the rest of our group head to Disneyland! This year is the 25th Anniversary of Tokyo Disneyland, and I can see things in the park are prepared quite enough for celebration - the parade, and show by show on the street.

Unfortunately the weather is not good today - rain, rain, rain! We can’t see the night parade because of the bad weather! I’ve heard that the night parade vehicle is gorgeous with lighting , so I really want to see it…and the firework show…it still goes on, but my mother and I just missed it because we thought that it is canceled! (And we think that it is such a waste to continue the firework in rain - people wouldn’t have seen it clearly in the cloudy sky!)

A meal can’t be said to be complete without a nice cup of coffee or some kind of dessert.  So while you are in Ginza, why not step into the world’s first Bulgari themed cafe and chocolate shop to complete your meal?

bvlgari tower

It’s the same feel of luxury even before you step in!  The cafe and the chocolate shop is on the 1st floor of the shopping centre, and are interconnected.  With an abundant supply of ambient light, the mood is elegant yet not too overpowering.

With Bulgari’s name printed all over it, any ordinary coffee and chocolate turn into extraordinary right here at Il Ciocoolato and Il Cafe!

If the elegance at BEIGE is not really your cup of tea, maybe the relatively "inexpensive"  logo of Gucci is more suitable for you!

Gucci Ginza storefront

The Gucci Cafe is located on the 4th floor of the Gucci Tower in Ginza, and everything within screams the luxury taste of Gucci:

Gucci Cafe

Look!  Even the menu has been gucci-ified!

Other than the main store in Milan, this is the only Gucci Cafe in the entire world.  If you want to feel (and taste) luxury first-hand, this is definitely one of the place to go to while in Japan!

We arrive in Nagano Zenkoji at nightfall and it has a different feel. The door is closed and so are the booths and stores. We simply take pictures around and we see Sakura!

After that, we leave Nagano by tour bus. We head to Karuizawa Green City hot spring hotel and it takes 3 and a half hours to get to there. It is 8:30pm at night when we arrive in the hotel and we have buffet for dinner.

10pm at night, My mother and I decided to try the outdoor hot spring. We wear the bathrobes provided by hotel and go…only a few pools in hotel but one of them is spa…so relaxing. Everyone in the pool just keep looking at each other, I am a bit embarrassed。(I think you know what I mean if you tried hot spring in Japan before)
