For Sanrio’s Three Apples show celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Hello Kitty, Huck Gee created the lovely  Hanami Afternoon.  This one-of-a-kind custom vinyl figure features a hand-crafted kimono and umbrella giving Hello Kitty a stylish touch of Huck’s contemporary take on Feudal Japan.

New from Gargamel, this is Bwana Spoon’s much anticipated Standing Killer, exhibited at their private exhibition ‘Banana Barf’. This pocket-sized kaiju is produced to a super limited run.

I previously mentioned about the Hello Kitty Mimobot flash drives. For those who are waiting, it’s now here!

Mimoco has just dropped their first Hello Kitty Mimobot, Fun in Fields. Done in conjunction with the 35th anniversary of Sanrio’s iconic character, this is the beginning of the  Hello Kitty Mimobots collection.  The anniversary festivities will culminate with the Three Apples art exhibit @ Royal/T on October 23rd featuring custom Hello Kitty figures from a top-flight roster.

Formally known as Vinyl Toy Network (VTN) is now Designer Con! Designer Con brings more than just toys, but all things art, clothing, and of course most importantly the toys. There will be a larger space for more vendors and genres. This event takes place on November 21st at the Pasadena Convention Center.

The awesome style of Amada Visell is now on an 8" Dunny! Her Wood Donkey Dunny will be released this August during her signing tour at Kidrobot stores across the United States.

For the 30th anniversary of Disney’s “The Black Hole”, MINDstyle will be releasing a vinyl version of V.I.N.CENT at SDCC.
