I just got back from a two week trip to Oregon. It was boring except for going to the beach with my mom. I had to babysit my grandma./The recipe for June is egg pancake. To make it you need 2 eggs and a handful of cheese(optional). Mix the two eggs with a fork in an oval quickly. Then pour the eggs into a pan previously sprayed with olive oil.If desired sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese over it before fully cooked. When the eggs are brown or crispy around the edges It is done. You can also add things you would add to an omlet. When you are done you can leave it plain add some salt or maybe even put some salsa on it. Enjoy your breakfast!-Tiny

Hey everybody, Sooooo sorry that I didn’t write yesterday. I didn’t feel well. I had 1 donut, 2 cupcakes with two inch high frosting. I am going to a graduation party today! I am bored. We were supposed to be there ten minutes ago. This morning I made an egg pancake for breakfast. It was so good! I made up the recipe myself just this morning. I didn’t even know what I was doing. I was just playing around. Got to go. Time to PARTY!~tiny

Ouch. Today a boy in my class bit a hole in his tongue and broke his wrist. One of my friends accidentally tripped him. The boy believes that it was an accident but our teacher who was on the other side of town at the moment doesn’t believe her. I was there and personally saw it. If I told him that it really was an accident he would think that my friend and I were gossiping about him but we weren’t. oh well. Tonight I am making tuna pasta. Sounds good.Times up. Bye-Bye.

Hey everybody! This months recipe is Home made fries(no they are not fried). How they are made is: cut the potatoes so that they look like fries.  Before that preheat the oven to 375. Sprinkle the raw fries with seasoning until desired. Bake them 25 minutes on one side(time may vary). After that amount of time take a spatula and mix up the fries then put them back in the oven until they are  light brown. I hope you enjoy my recipe! Let me know how it turns out.

Today I have too much homework. Two Math lessons, read to chapter 34 and summarize Treasure Island. Usually I can’t do computer on weekdays but now since I have a blog I get twenty minutes a day. For snack I had canteloupe and homemade fries. I made the fries. I cook one meal a week. I like cooking and it’s really fun. Once a month I will post the recipe that I had most fun making. On Thursday I will post my favorite recipe.Times up!Bye.
