Formula One - SG Grand Prix
The time has come - 28 September 2008! SG will be hosting a round of the 2008 F1 World Championship! Mark this date on your calendar! Actually you dont have to, especially if you are not a F1 fan. I mean, what are you going to do after you have marked it down? Even if you are a F1 fan, you dont have to because I am sure you will be reminded of the event by all the advertisements!
The race will be held at the southern part of SG and it will be held at night. This will be the first night-time race in F1 history and the reason is, SG’s weather is too hot for day-time race. That is, of course, not true! SG’s weather is too hot for ANY race at ANY time of the day or night. ARGH! Just as I am typing this, I am sweating like a fat pig. My air-conditioner has died on me and that really improves my life a lot because now I am very lonely, very angry and very HOT. Okay, the reason is to allow the race to be broadcasted at a convenient time for the Europeans. Blablabla…
