做完了地瓜麵包

來試試很早就想試的咖啡麵包

把一整包的即溶咖啡揉進麵糰裡

烤出來的麵包有淡淡的核桃味^^

下次要加一些碎核桃進去

肯定會更好吃啊:P

這個麵包試做了兩次才成功

第一次發酵時間太長,結果麵包烤出來有酸酸的味道>_<

第二次就成功的烘焙出咖啡味的麵包了:D

有一點小凹,剛出爐的時候是都圓滾滾的,放涼了就凹下去@@

試吃了一口,嗯…真的要加核桃比較對味啊…..@@

不過還是很棒的咖啡味:P
