這次加了葡萄乾進去

修正了一些配方

得到不輸外面五星級飯店蛋糕的綿密口感~~~~~~~

真的好幸福~~~

材料:

低筋麵粉100g

蛋3顆

糖80g

油40g

牛奶45ml(三大匙)

泡打粉1小匙

鹽一小撮

葡萄乾少許

做法跟上次的黑糖海綿蛋糕一樣

葡萄乾在麵糊已經倒入電子鍋內鍋後

再灑一點上去就ok了

這次沒有讓電子郭自己逼逼叫

大約30~40分就先取出來了

(還好取了出來,不然底部就要焦了>_<)

蛋糕拿出來的時候還有一點濕潤感

嗯….還是要讓她烤到逼逼叫嗎….?

不過這次的配方好香又好好吃~~~

加了牛奶果然比只加水好很多啊~~:D~~~
