The past week I didn’t update because of my studying for finals, but now I have returned with a blog update for the princess portal =]

I got my report card, and I was surprised to see that I passed all my classes

although my goal is to get all A’s I ended my first semester with a decent report card.

Well since we started over with a clean slate this semester i’m making all A’s!!! (just checked my grades online) ^__^

I hope to keep them there, and for the moment I believe this is my last post for the January challenge. Cant wait to post for next months challenge!

Well its been the first week since I started my resolution, and I still havent improved on a couple of things, but Ive improved a lot on other things ^__^

my grades are C-2 B-3 A-1

I brought my history grade up form a 79 to an 84, just this week!

After next Thursday though second semester starts and they will wipe our grades for a fresh start =] so I’ll update next Thursday with my final grades for report cards~<3

Staying to my resolution has been pretty hard, and doing some of what I said was easier typed than done, but i’ll keep trying my best, and giving my all so please don’t give up on me!

The January challenge–

This month I will be participating in the Jan. challenge on the princess prtal. I will keep any and all updates on my resolution in the blog, and send the link to princess Skye to look in on when she wants to ^__^

My resolution= BETTER GRADES

My goal will be a very tough one to do because I have problems in this area. I would like to make all A’s. I’m usually an A, B, C student, and my parents tell me that I’m doing good, but I would like to make them proud by doing better than good. I want to give my all, and do my best instead of procrastinating. I have broken down my goal into smaller parts to fulfill this month, and for the months on ward.

This will go by subject–

Biology-
Every week we do something different, and depening on when we make vocab foldables, or do worksheets depends on wheather or not she has it together. It sometimes bothers me when she gives us worksheets on a Monday or Wednesday because those two days are my lazy days so on those two days, since its first period, I’ll start the morning out with some eggs instead of waffles so I have more energy to stay awake and alert. Along with some OJ too =] Being awake in first period is always hard for me, the subject is pretty basic, but sometimes I get lost, so whenever I don’t understand something that she explains, I’ll ask a few of my friends in that class to help explain in terms I can understand. I will eat better so I can be more alert in first period, and I will focus…instead of sleeping.

Geometry-
I am fairly good at math, and Ive understood the lessons up til now. I think what I need to improve on is swallowing my pride, and asking the teacher questions when I truly don’t understand something instead of winging it. I always do my homework, and I take notes, but maybe if I not only ask questions, but ask the teacher for helpful study sites to look at. I will take 10 to 20 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays to go to these sites and study for tests and quizzes that follow.

American History-
This is the most boring subject EVER. I love America, I love our history, I dislike how bland its taught. Its so hard to get into something when there’s no real motivation. I believe that I can find something motivating about each new chapter coming up if I look up pictures. I’m a visual auditory learner. If I see pictures, maybe some videos from the history channel of the section we’re covering then I’ll feel more interested and therefore learn better. Perhaps I should put my EQ’s on pink printer paper. It wouldn’t hurt anyone, and I love pink so it’d be fun, and educational ^__^

Honors Literature-
This is my first honors class in my life, and it my only. I joined the class to extend my reading, and vocabulary, and its really paid off. I have been understanding everything we’ve been doing. My problem in that class is the vocabulary every week. The words are very advanced, words I’ve never heard. We get 11 a week, and there is no help site to go to and study them. Every week she changes whether or not the quizzes are fill in the blank, Ant, or Syn. So to help myself out to pass I will make flash cards. I had been doing this before, but I would only put a couple of words from the definition instead of the whole thing. I need to stop doing that. I need to focus on what we’re doing, and keep up with my reading when we get our next book.

Chorus-
Doing good, you cant fail really unless you don’t show up for the concerts or you sit and talk in class.

Spanish 2-
Well well after going to tutoring for 8 weeks my grade got up to a 78. I need to practice my vocabulary more for when we have witting exams, and to do that there’s a site I can go to which has the flashcards form each section in our text book =] Another thing is that since its 6th period I’m also very tired so maybe I should pack a more protein filled lunch to keep up my energy. Spanish isn’t hard, but I need to do my work and ask questions when I need help. I will ask more questions, and stay for tutoring some more.

That is what I have for right now. Its January 2nd 2009. I will make all my grades into A’s by May, but for this month since we are starting over for second semester this is my clean slate. Wish me luck, I’ll post more here once a week on Fridays to let you know how things are going.

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!

ell I said i’d update a day or so past christmas….guess I didn’t get the chance to ^^’ sorry! Still I hope all of yo uhad a wonderful christmas, and new year!

Well for christmas I got a pink lap top with wireless internet =D

and a cinnmaroll plsuhie along with a bunch of other cute things I love! Like my Hello kitty necklace X3 my favorite present of all though was the ring my boyfriend gave me >/////< its 10k gold and on the top its a heart with a cross on it!its so cute!! Before I gush out again I tallyed up my christmas money and total I got 280$ ^^ if you add my 20 gift card to books a million then its 300$.

 I’m putting 100  in an envelope for momo con this march~<3

 Well new years eve was fun. My boyfriend got to stay til midnight and we kissed when the ball dropped X3 I loved it!!!!  It was like a dream come true >////////< I felt like it was my first kiss all over again!

 The next day which was yesterday I went to his house to eat and celebrate wit his family. Afterwards we layed down on the couch together infront of an open fire while watching, you guessed it, looneytoons lol XD

That night when he went to take out the trash he came back in and told me somehting I couldn’t quite hear, but I thought he said something about the stars so we went outside and sat in the grass and watched the stars. He truley is the most perfect and romantic man on earth X3 I brag, I brag!!!!!

Well Its only a couple days til christmas. Time for my family to get together once more, and celebrate the birth of christ, and spend time together. Sadly however I always celebrate not only christmas, but Hanaka aswell .I cannot even spell the name of the holiday i’m celebrating with my step dads family.

On another note yesterday, today, and tommorow are strictly dedicated to my boyfriend, William. Tommorow, on christmas Eve  Ishall have my first experience NOT being with my fmaily, but with someone else’s. I know, I sound horrible, and I feel kind of guilty, but I want to do something for myself for once god dangit!!!

Christmas i’ll be at my aunt carins, and uncle deans, so no updates til friday!

I cant wait to see what i’m getting for christmas X3 Yeah, i’m just like a little kid!!!!

I went to visit my aunt, uncle, and cousins last weekend because we wanted to see e/o before the holidays =]

So today I went to the outdoor mall The Avenue. its so beautiful! I got to eat at a chinese grill called Zyng I had been wanting to eat at for awhile X3

But I hadn’t forgotten the reason I was out and about ^__^ To get my boyfriends christmas present! He loves final fantasy so I got him–

final fantasy 4! YAY!!! X3 I hope he’ll like it~<3333

Wow I haven’t updated in a long time! GOMEN! I haven’t treuley been in the mood to update so its just a matter of me being too lazy, and worn out from school ^^’

Well i’ll tell you that this week i’m off from school (YAY!! 10th grade really wears me down ._.)

Today is saturday and my boyfriend is comming over for a while <3 <3 <3 I love him so much!!! God I could go on forver on about how much I love him, but I dont need to take up your time writing a book >//<

We got our new book for honors lit, A seperate peace, a good book so far, but lets see how long it can hold my attention shall we?

I also have a few things to do from my history project since it’s due the friday we come back from break. Along with a math project due the tuesday I come back. *sigh* Can I ever have a break?

Today was fun, and somewhat tiring hee hee ^^’ I woke up at around 10ish and ate some breakfest. Feeling more energetic than usual, I decided to go cosplaying, and take pics YAY! SO I woke up this morning at 5am because my mom was pulling out of the garage to go to work, than I got back to sleep only to have her call me around 8am, I got back to sleep than my dad called me around 10!!! I came to the conclusion that I wasn’t supposed to sleep in so I just got up. I was in a good mood, its bright outside, frankly its just beautiful than, IT happens. I get a message from one of my friends who is getting a little huffed at me because she thinks I put her aside without a good reason. I had been planning on going to see her but I had already made a commitment to seeing my other friend Soubi already so when I went to see Soubi, my other friend found out and is now mad at me. T__T which was not a bright spot on my morning.

Other than that, yesterday WAS FUN!!!!!!!! the guys always are a joy to be with, and not one of them annoys me. We played brawl and I flooded the stage with peaches as I used Princess Peach. Amazing, it was simply amazing.

As you may have noticed I haven’t updated in a long time ^^” well ive been pretty busy latley haha! its the life of a teenager. I’ll be lucky if I get most of the stuff  Iwant done by october when i’ll be turning 16. Today I will be seeing a few of my guy pals at church around 6ish. I think it’ll be me, Ichigo, Ryu, Austin, and maybe Axel. We’ll probably play on the kids playground and take pictures, and videos. Than go learn ^_^ other than that, I was hoping to cross dress when I went there but my brother won’t let me borrow his tripp pants! Ohh well I guess i’ll wear my Kuromi shirt and a black skirt(with shorts under it of course)
