This is the time of the year when we go to the Ong’s Association (Lam Wa) to eat and “get an award”. It was always in President’s in Binondo, and since it’s currently being renovated, it was held at Emerald Garden along Roxas Blvd, Manila.

The host is such a stand up comedian; he’s been there ever since I was Grade 7? He never fails to sing, ask us questions and give Ang Bao for those who can answer them (uhh, the questions he asks every year never change..) Food’s the best, as always. But I think what’s better is what I am getting every year, Ang Bao for my grades :3
