I just read in my textbook today that sleep deprivation causes fatigue in body and mind. You should be getting more than 7 hours of sleep! Or like Hydra said, it could be depression. Try taking some time in your schedule to do something you enjoy, like hanging out with friends or picking up a hobby. Exercising is a bit hard but is also a worthwhile way to pick yourself up, too. :) Do things that make you happy! Are you getting enough sleep?
