During the past six months, the Nintendo Wii still continue to dominate the console sales by selling 1.6 million systems in Japan compared to PlayStation 3 that only sold barely 400,000 units.

Now, not only does Nintendo dominate the Western lands but seem to do so in the Asian shores as well. Much better in the Asian shores one may say.

According to Enterbain’s latest sales figure, The Wii outsold the PS3 in a ratio of 4-to-1 from April to September this year in Japan. That’s twice the increase from the Wii’s release date performance last year where it outsold the PS3 2-to-1.

W-h J: Nothing less from Nintendo. If those games keep coming in for the Wii, Sony’s really in trouble in this console era. I have to say the game play gap is really far between Nintendo and Sony if people really consider to play their games today in a unique manner.

Imagine the feeling of playing inside the game. That’s Nintendo.

This is an interesting news that each blogger should take note, especially when they’re working for a company.

Last August 31, Nintendo fired one of their employees not because she was incompetent: it was because of a blog she owns.

“Inexcusable Behavior,” a blog run by Nintendo’s ex-employee Jessica Zenner, contained posts that flamed the company’s executives and employees. Here are some of Zenner’s words:

“One plus about working with [a] hormonal, facial-hair-growing, frumpy [woman] is that I have found a new excuse to drink heavily,” Zenner writes. “My gut tells me that this woman hasn’t been f*cked (censorship ours) in years.”

W-h J: Well, even if it’s an online journal, you take responsibility in what you write. Personally, it’s really bad to attack the people who puts food in your table.  You may have your anger with your bosses to yourself or even tell them to your circle of friends. But publishing them online is really unfair.
