Anywhosies, Kaito and I are currently playing OB in HKO ID, soon to be joined by a few others as well. I only know him and everyone else doesn’t speak English very often so tis a bit hard to make new frans. ):

I know I haven’t blogged in ages, but rl has not been so kind to me lately. It’s been a terribly long and stressfully tiring (in every way - mentally, emotionally, physically) year. But fear not, summer is here and I may or may not feel like writing again!

But moving on from my babbling… List of changes & screenies under da cutz.

I decided to take lots and lots of screenies to narrate the new changes and my time redoing every bloody delightful quest. We may have run into Neverender, but he was on a different name - might be a fake, who knows.. His hair didn’t give him away this time, unfortunately. But he had an awfully long name from an anime (apparently).

For the most part, the quests are pretty much common sense or figuring it out as you go along. The descriptions are in Indonesian, but you can pretty much guess what they want from the Requirements and what you’ll receive from Rewards. The items are always in English.

Here are the changes I’ve found so far (just listing them as I go):

1. Change of monster names (Starfish > Starbeam, Crab > Snapper, etc.)
2. No more map channel (people use trade in its place)
3. Change of newbie clothes (No more icky plain shirt & jeans!) *pictured below*
4. Item alerts no longer show up at the top of your screen (i.e. If you’re gathering slime, it’ll show up in your chat box in red.)
5. No more separate item chat (shows up in purple in the same chat box with everything else)
6. If you didn’t know already, quests were ALL redone - well, aside from the first few (for the newbie stuff), they appear to be very different now.
7. Merchants changed.
8. Interfaces were changed, redone or whatever.
9. No more T/auto-attack key! (I’m weeping on the inside too.)
10. 11 new farms. (2 pages & 1 on pg. 2)
11. Farm manager in Florapolis in the Farm Market.
12. Item Mall loads much nicer and cleaner.
13. Various NPCs/mobs were moved around.
14. Internet signal thing went poof?
15. Some monster were recolored.
16. New default hair colors/skins/eyes (including a few creepy sets of eyes)
17. No more dizzy monsters, they have like clouds or something coming out.
18. No more sparkly portals; they were replaced with giant fat arrows.
19. Bees are same level as Boars
20. LOTS of new items (hair/books/accessories/clothes, etc.)
21. Only Ice Wand is sold at Flora NPC. (Another wand is in a quest)
22. New/changed shop items
23. New secondary clothes (the ones after newbies).
24. No pink boss crab between Flora & Harbor.
25. Checkered pattern thing when farming *see picture below*
26. The only other purchased wand you can get is in London.
27. Carpentry seems to have been ignored completely. (Poor thing)
28. Oranges have to be planted now.
29. Boss mobs drop pet cards (See my gorgeous Magic Dustfly that took 2 hrs!)
30. There is a set of Zodiac-themed wand guides in London, but we can’t make them without carpentry skills.
31. Crapload of new mobs as well.
32. Paris portal gone poof.
33. Pet changes: You can now feed & pet them, and you get to scoop up their poop (pet jelly).
