It has been a frustrating few days of not being able to play HKO. I tried calling my ISP for help but they were unable to resolve it.

I then came across a post by whitensilver on the forums saying that she was able to get past it with a manual patch with the help of her friend. I then bumped into Noliai in her chatroom and she too saw the post and so we decided to try it out.

OMG, after transfering about 15 or more files, I finally managed to get past the autoupdate! However, I kept getting the disconnecting from server msg. We decided to take a rest as many others were having trouble logging on too … I went to take a shower and then came back to try again.

With Noliai and Ripplecloud encouraging me, I finally managed to get in! WOOHOO!!

Guess who stopped by? GM Calealen! There’s Noliai .. we were waiting for ripplecloud to show up.

Finally ripplecloud found her way to us!

And then Starlight joined in on the fun. I missed the Harbor, it has been way too long since CB!

I stayed around chatting with Noliai and Ripplecloud for awhile and then told them I better start on my quests because I was feeling a little naked

So they gave me stuff! Check out my new pants, shirt and wand! Hehe, thanks gals!

Wasn’t able to do much b4 we were all kicked out because they needed to reset the servers. We are now hanging out in the chatroom. Come on in!
