I’ve sent mine, but I’m wondering if those accepted will be determined by lottery… is this true?? What happens if the players who are truly dedicated to finding bugs and making the game world a better place are excluded?

There’s no lottery, it seems to be first-come-first-serve. Leading me to guess I wont stand a chance since I saw this over 1 day after everyone else *sigh* Bad time to get Internet-problems, huh.
