Biting Off More than You Can Chew

You expend more calories eating and digesting celery than there are in the celery itself.

 

Does that mean that the more you eat celery, the more you will lose weight?:P The veggie must be that tough. Imagine chewing something that would make you thinner.

 

Come to think of it, I’ve never tried chewing raw celery before. Have you?

    I’ve tried eating carrot, it was ok. Haven’t tried celery yet.

    Hahaha! I use celery for pasta sauces. They actually make the sauce taste and smell better.

    I LIVE on raw carrots and celery. That and bottled water.
    In fact, I’m eating some carrots right now!
    It hasn’t made me any thinner, though. Maybe because I eat so much of everything else. :-P

    LOL I do like veggies, it’s just that, it’s not really my top snack choice.:P I like to nibble on carrots, though. That counts for something, right?:P
