Poor Lefties

Right handed people live, on average, nine years longer than left-handed people do.

What about me? I’m semi-ambidextrous (meaning, my mom got me used to writing with my right hand when I was younger that I can no longer write with my left - unless I doodle. I can perform other stuff better with my left though, especially in sports.@_@)

Ouch :( That’s sad. I guess it’s unfair that there are more “right-handed” things. :(

I read this from somewhere before, that the reason why right handed people live longer is because left handed people have accidents from devices designed for right handed people.

I also heard that left handed people are better in fighting, maybe that’s why Manny Pacquiao is good in boxing.

And I also heard that left handed people are better at drawing XD

Haha! Yeah. One theory of that makes the hand dominance correspond with whether you are more left- or right-brained.

Left-brained people are those who are better in math, logic, sciences, etc. Right-handed individuals, on the other hand, are better in arts and sports. Since the two brains correspond to their opposite sides, that explains why the left-handed people are more artistic than right-handed people, in general.

    Did that make sense?:P

Serious!?! So if it is true that:

    1. right-brained people are better in arts and sports,
    2. left-handed people are right-brained people, and
    3. left-handed people have shorter life spans,

does that mean that we should use less of our right brain in order to live longer? I better tell my boss that. To be on the safer side, I better insist that he let me use less of both my brains.

Cookie, that reason which you read from somewhere, is very, very depressing.

Oops! I got it mixed up! Left-brained people (who are right-handed) are those who are better in math, logic, sciences, etc. Left-handed individuals (who are right-brained), on the other hand, are better in arts and sports.

LOL But your logic about your boss is indisputable, tingal! Let me try that out, myself.XD

[…] about left-handed knights? No wonder left-handed people live shorter, if that’s the case. Man. Imagine an empty can of tuna tumbling down the stairs and then […]
