Talk About Horse Power

Dashing horses kicking up mud (as well as other unmentionables), splashed the passengers riding behind them in the past. This led to the invention of the dashboard, a term which survives today.

 

I do not want to know what those unmentionables are.@_@ And here I thought the reason why it’s called the dashboard was because cars move really, really fast.

    Yeah, cute horsie. :) And it looks happy too, which is quite an exceptional case considering horses are always pulling long faces.
