The extension of my picture file is .png. Are they suppose to be still, or are they suppose to move around? Because when I visited the photo booth, the one on their demo screen is moving around. If they are suppose to move, am I suppose to instal something in my computer to make them move? I already have flash and quicktime. Can anybody help me, please? But up to today I still have not receive any email regarding my pic at all and emailed to inquire@kittylab.com which they replied saying they are only in charge of ticketing and can't help!
