Here is my easy recipe for Hello Kitty Ice-cream sandwich…Ingredients:
1 bag of dark chocolate chips
Vanilla ice-cream
Hello Kitty silicone cake mold
Direction:
- Use low heat to melt the chocolate chip
- Once the chocolate is melted, put it over the hello kitty mold (see photo)
- Then put vanilla ice-cream inside
- Cover ice-cream with a layer of melted chocolate
- Let it sit in the freezer for an hour.
- Then remove the Hello Kitty mold
- And decorated as desired
