I enjoyed this video very much; I hope you do too!

I was looking at my last post’s one comment from bluemango. As I usually do -hint hint- I checked out the commentator’s (bluemango’s :D) blog. I read her last post and checked out the site PerpetualKid.com/ that she was talking about that had bacon floss and pickle band-aids and more there. I found that pretty interesting :O. She also mentioned a site called KnockKnock.biz/ Therefore, I took a look at that too. I was drawn to a link titled “Blog”. I clicked. And there was a blog entry. It was about procrastination and a guy, “Dirt Genius” Scott Wade. He had procrastinated in washing his car. Using the dust on his windshield as a “drawing pad” he had drawn Mona Lisa, Starry Night by Van Gogh, and Albert Einstein on his windshield. Here is the one of Einstein:

I was woken up by Mommy today at 9 am. I dragged myself out of bed and brushed my teeth. I then ate a breakfast of sweet potatoes. Never had them for breakfast with my Mommy’s recipe? Let’s say not that appetising. Now, I’m not insulting Mommy but it leaves my breath smelling really bad. Mommy says it’s supposed to help with the digestion of your food. =O Anyways, I corrected my Algebra homework afterward. Next, I started working on my project that was due tomorrow. Soon after, it was time to eat lunch (noodles yum). An hour later, I found myself at chinese school anticipating going up on stage to recite my piece. I got through it, but everyone did so well! I wonder who will get first, second, and third place. =O At about 4 pm, I went to Chinese Knotting class. I spent 45 min kneading clay into festive holiday items. Then, I went home. Once again I ate noodles (still yummy). Now I am working on my project. Did I mention that I have a clarinet playing test tomorrow morning during band sectionals? ;D

Today is Mommy’s birthday. I woke up and finished my essay to apply for a summer camp (whew!). Then, I went to dance class. And as I mentioned below, there was no duet festival. My dance teacher wanted me to go to Laurel Mountain Elementary to perform but I didn’t go because my whole family (excluding my sister in college) went to this new chinese buffet. There was a wide variety of foods. =D

Okay, totally off topic, but did I tell you that my phone mysteriously turned on in my backpack twice? The first time I was lucky and my phone didn’t ring during school. I only found out that it was on because I was waiting for Mommy to pick me up. I took out the phone and there it was, already on. And I was sooo sure that I had turned off =O The second time (this past Thursday) I wasn’t as lucky as before. It rang. My ringtone was this Chinese song that roughly translates (sort of) to Fortune God Arrived. I think. Anyways, I grabbed my phone and turned it off. It seemed like it had been on for a pretty long time because most of its batteries was gone. Good thing I was in my Social Studies class and my teacher is really nice. She didn’t take up my phone. And guess who was calling? Mommy? A prankster? Daddy? Wrong number? No, all of those are wrong =P It was AT&T! OMG =P

I thought tomorrow was the duet festival, but it isn’t! :P Anyways, I went to piano lessons today and my brother and I practiced our duet together. We cracked up and stuff, and it was soo fun! We ended up laughing till I thought I might need to go to the bathroom :P Also we hit each other with these soft smashers, like circular foam attached to a stick :P

It was fun. :D Here’s the song I’m doing with him. I play the girl’s part and him the boy’s.

Yay! I love this new layout! It’s purty! :D

I know! I know! It’s a bit late to celebrate Halloween, but whatever!

Even Google is voting! :P

However, at our little mini-election at school, I didn’t vote. If my social studies teacher counted off points for not voting, I was planning on writing Obama and McCain all over a piece of paper. Then I would close my eyes and point. And then vote ^.^ Daddy says Obama will win. We’ll see. As my social studies teacher said, “No matter what the result is of this election, it will be a historical one. If McCain wins then he would be the oldest and Sarah Palin would be the first woman to ever be that high in position. If Obama wins, he would be the first Black president.” Did I mention that this is my very first election that I could understand what was happening? :P
