I’m back! I havn’t been active on Sanrio Town in how many months! I’ll really try to write a post at least once a week. (as I’ve said before ^^)

So, I thought I’d put on a picture on my Strawberry Cupcakes I made last week - they were really delicious! Especially with lots of frosting ;D If you want the recipe just comment and I’ll give it to you.      (The recipe is also on my other blog, but I’ve only posted it on Swedish yet)

I’ll be back soon - and then I’ll write a post about the Dog Chocolate Chip Cookies! yes, you’ve heard (heard? :o) right! Chocolate Chip Cookies for dogs! I think that dogs also have to enjoy those yummie cookies!

I know I haven’t updated my blog in a very long time, it’s because I’m in a very rough time right now and I cannot manage everything right now so I will not be online on sanriotown in a while.

   I’ve made these cookies for the first time this week : D it’s just shortbread cookies with glaze.

Recipe
 
Shortbread Cookies:

4 1/2 decilitre flour
1/2 decilitre granulated sugar
200 gram butter
1-2 tbs cacao (for Chococat)
2 tbs vanilla sugar (for Hello Kitty, Keroppi and My Melody)

Mix together all ingredients into a dough. (if you should do both Chococat and Hello Kitty cookies, divide dough and pour in the cocoa in one dough and vanilla sugar in the other)
Leave it cold in 45 minutes.
Turn the oven on 175° C.

Roll out the dough (tips, take plastic foil between the rolling-pin and the dough. So the rolling-pin and the dough not stick to each other) cut out Hello Kitty and her friends head shape. Add a bakestone. Set in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Glaze:
Icing sugar
Water
Food coloring (red, green and yellow)
White chocolate (for eyes)
Dark chocolate (for eyes, Keroppis mouth, and for Hello Kittys rosette)
Caramel sause (for Chococat and My Melodys noses)
Red sprinkles (for Hello Kittys rosette)

Mix water and icing sugar. Spread the glaze on Hello Kitty & My Melody.
Let it solidify.
Pour in green food coloring and spread on the Keroppi cookies.
Let it solidify.
Make a new glaze, but have in the red food color instead of green. Spread it on My Melodys cap and some on Keroppis cheeks.
Make another glaze but only very little and mix some yellow food color in it. Make Hello Kitty nose with the yellow glaze.
And now make the final glaze, mix together water, icing sugar and caramel sause (have so much caramel sause until it gets a color to match the Chococats ears) spread out on Chococats ears.
Let it soldify.
Melt the white chocolate. Pour some chocolate, so much so it fits Keroppis & Chococats eyes, on plastic foil using a teaspoon. Set it in the refrigerator and allow to solidify.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour out on plastic foil so it suits everyones eyes. Do Keroppis mouth with the dark chocolate and also rosettes of dark chocolate (rosettes and eyes on plastic foil). Set it in the refrigerator and allow to solidify.

When the chocolate’s solidify, fix Chococat and Keroppis pupils in their eye whites.
Fix all the eyes and Hello Kittys rosette on the cookies with glaze.

Glue fixed the red sprinkles into Hello Kitty rosette with glaze.
Apply a small amount of caramel sause to Chococat and My Melodys noses.

And you’re done! :’D

(Let the cookies be kept quite cold)

I’ve done, come in decorative ideas and translated this recipe myself (well, the translation, I have been helped by the internet ^^). So it’s not a perfect recipe but you’ll understand enough : D I hope.My Melody Cookies

So, my best friends birthday’s coming up soon and I was planning to make a cake : D I’ve got some ideas:

-passionfruit frosting  -white chocolate bottoms or vanilla -sugarpaste around the whole cake (pink and white)

but I need more ^^ so, if you’ve got a recipe or a decorating idea, comment! : DD

And Valentine’s day, it’s in 1 month and I’ve got to make some cute cupcakes for that :> I was thinking, cupcake pops. Red Velvet inside. Brown and pink chocolate around it, or white instead of pink…?  urm, and decorate it with pink hearts of chocolate ^-^ and heart shaped sprinkles or just small pink dots.

 GIVE ME MORE IDEAS!!! ty :>

hmmmm, I think that’s all :’3     -btw I made Christmas Cipcakes! :’> they tasted like gingerbread cookies, but I didn’t like ‘em that much. >__<’ but they looked very nice ^^

An Café’s comming to Sweden this spring, and I just have to see them! But I have to pay for hotel, the concert ticket, and the train :/ It will cost me about 1500 SEK (185 USD) and I have noo money at all now >.< mabye after christmas I have afford to all ^.^
