Yesterday Ao-chan wanted The Backyardigans, so I went and rented it. Not a good idea D:
It happened to be the pirate episodes, and Ao-chan has a habit of acting out something he likes… so once again he *gasp* braved the outdoors to set sail.

…Except Ao-chan hates water. And swimming. You know, it’s kinda hard to swim without arms or legs. I told him this was going to be a very bad idea, but nooooo, he doesn’t listen to Kasumi.

Ao-chan: “BWA HA HA HA HAAA! I liiiive!”

Ao-chan: “KYAAAAAAAAH! KASUMIIIIII”

His boat flipped >:D I had to fish him out.

Today Ao-chan decided to brave eight hours without an electronic device (with the exception of my Tamagotchi =D), and come to school with me. He usually camps out in my jacket pocket, the one other place besides the sock drawer he actually sleeps. Ao-chan complains a lot D:

“Kasumiiiii”
“What, Ao-chan? I’m actually trying to learn here.”
“It’s hottttt”
“Well, too bad. There’s nothing I can do. Move to Siberia.”
“Why would I want to move to Texas?”
“What the- Ao-chan, Siberia is near the North Pole.”
“Whoa… You mean by Johto?”
Sometimes I wonder what goes through his head.
“That’s in Pokemon. It’s not a real place. Haven’t you learned anything at all from my history classes?”
“You mean… ”
“Here. Look at this”

“Hmmm…. yeah, this is different than I thought. What’s with all the colors?”
“That’s land, Ao-chan.”
“Whoa, that’s a lot different…”

Ao-chan just won’t stop drawing in my books n__n

It’s hard to do a book report with kindergarten-style doodles all over the cover, eh heh heh… So I decided to give him a sketchbook. I wanted to see what he would actually do on a clean sheet of paper.

Yeeeeah I guess this is what happens when you give him the 48 box of crayons instead of 12…

Ao-chan’s not the ripest banana in the bunch, if you know what I mean. Whenever he goes to school with me I can hear the rusty gears squeaking. And he never reads. The only things he does read is on the TV screen.
So I was shocked to see this:

“OMGGGG Ao-chan, wha-what are you doing?!”
“What? I can’t have fun?”
“Yeah, but– a book?! Have you even even touched one??? No- WE’RE ALL GONNA DIIIIIE!! D:”
“Kasumi, go eat sugar-free Cheerios. And put away that camera!!!”

But later I looked to see I was excited over nothing n__n

As you probably know, Ao-chan is obsessed with video games. More specifically, the Wii. And he can’t wait for March when Super Smash Bros. Brawl comes out. And I usually have to suffer from his stupidity D:

“Kasumiiiii”
“What Ao-chan? It’s two in the morning!”
“I wanna play the Wiiiii”
“No! Wait until everyone gets up for breakfast. It’s too late.”
“But i’m BOREEEED”
“You’re supposed to be sleeping”

And this is what I heard for about another ten minutes, until I finally calmed him down with this:

Playing video games gets him in “The Mode”.
At around three, I started hearing
Thump Thump
“Ao-chan, what the heck are you doing?!”
“Aaaand in the blue corner, the Awesome Ao-chaaaaan!”

Not again. n__n I told you he couldn’t wait for SSBB. So he acts it out in the middle of the night. I thought since I was up I might as well take some pictures:

There was one battle I knew he wouldn’t win, ha ha ha…

Against my— ROBO PANDA! He hates that thing. It only moves its arms, but he thinks it’s possesed. That is why I, being the smart person, purposly put Robo-Panda as his challenger.

So after that I actually got sleep *-*

Cuz Ao-chan went down and ate all my Froot Loops T__T

Anyway, today Ao-chan finally got out of the house. He’s kind of a hermit, you know. Sits around all day playing my Wii (Pokemon Battle Revolution play time was 9:42 xD).

“What was that?”
“Sorry Ao-chan, it’s true…”

But there is one word that gets him out:
Pocky.

Yeah. He like, get’s high offa that stuff.
All I had to do to get him up from Barbie and the Nutcracker was that word. So off we go!

I had the technopop cranked up so I wouldn’t keep hearing:
“Kasumiiiii”
“When do we get pockyyyy?”
“Huh? Huh? Huuuuuuuh?”

The whole time. The only thing that shut him up was….
Dun dun duuuuuun

We turned into a parking lot.
Ao-chan: “Kasumi….? Where… this isn’t the place with pocky!”
Me: “Heh heh… I know.”

*Beep Beep*
Ao-chan: “Oh…. oh… NOOOOOOOO! GET ME OUTTA HEEEERE!”

Ao-chan hates the car wash.
It was payback for his laziness.

When it was finally over, Ao-chan almost killed me for pocky D:
So we bought some, and finally he was in bliss.

Then he went home and went back to Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz and gorged himself with pocky.

Me: “But I never got anyyyy =(”
