Tips:
Quests in RED are strongly advised to be done before heading to london as it needs to be completed before able to do “the third box of latte” quest in london
for gathering, mining, and woodcutting you need a tool that have the same level or more than the resource level.
Its good to keep items that are needed for quest later on so save time and energy rather than hunting for them over and over again (like wat i did.. - -)

Yes this would be easily the best quest guide i have come across.
Only info i could not find here was the whereabouts of Lilly in London and Sakura…

There was one quest from Peter Davis that asked us to investigate east florapolis valley. How do we “investigate”? I have tried walking around the area but nothing happened.
