Hello everyone! The bizzarre twists and turns of the week continue still through today.

WWE: Santino Marella was arrested this week on suspicion of drunk driving. He was driving alongside Kevin Thorn and several developmental stars after consuming several beers. Police brought him in, after they caught Santino driving erratically. Santino was released at a $500 bond. This does not bode well for the Raw heel, nor for the company that so readily touts their wellness policy. No word yet on any action that WWE may take on Santino.

TNA: Hooooooo boy! Since most of the matches were thrown together haphazardly, I’m just going to run down the highlights of Impact’s Thursday night broadcast:

Sting now joins the rest of the wrestling world in saying that TNA has become a “Looney Bin” as many wrestlers were vocal during the taping about how not a lick of them are EVER told what’s going on and who’s facing who until they get into the ring.

Homicide has enlisted the aid of Hector Guerrero to stand in LAX’s corner at Sacrifice.

Samoa Joe pinned Petey Williams in a tag team match, and was then dropped on his head by Kurt “doesn’t know when to pick a new opponent” Angle, and then Joe was knocked out cold with a pipe by Scott “Out of his mind” Stiener.

AJ Styles has a new tag team partner in Super Eric, as Tomko is being punished by TNA management in real life for attending a show in Japan Lockdown weekend.

The Eight Men who will now be teamed up at random for the Deuces Wild match are Booker T, Sting, James Storm, Kip James, BG James (Y’think they like James’s??), Bobby Roode, Matt Morgan aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand….

AWESOME KONG!!!

YES!! The gender barrier is FINALLY gone after being strictly enforced by Spike TV 3 years ago.

And TNA is debuting a new cage at the Sacrifice PPV. Titled “The Terror Dome” it’s actually a blatant rip off of the cage AAA has been using since 2006. For those who haven’t seen it yet, it’s a thick dome made of steel pipes, said to be strong enough to hold a tank of sharks. The dome begins as bars, and then goes up into a thick semi-circle shape with a small escape hole at the top.

Also, not sure if it was this week’s or next weeks taping, but Petey Williams has broken his orbital bone. Petey will need to stay on the sidelines for at least 6 weeks. No word on the X Division belt yet.

SHIMMER~TNA news: Yes ladies and gentlemen, you read that right! Daizee Haze made an iMpact appearance Thursday, facing off against Cheerleader Melissa! Melissa as of late has been following Kong around as Raisha Seeid, but for one match only, Raisha dropped the gear and picked up her purple pom-poms to duel with Daizee. Melissa won, as the commentary team noted that the winner would earn a chance at a spot on the TNA roster. How this affects Raisha has yet to be seen. (LOL)

ROH: If you’re in the New York area, SPEED your way to rohwrestling.com, as tickets are quickly flying for their debut at the Hammerstein Ballroom!! Also, while your there, check out the newswire for an update on the AOTF. (No news on Jimmy though, it’s hard for him to type these days…) Also in case you haven’t heard, Jay Briscoe has picked Austin Aries to take his younger brother’s place, while Mark recovers. Austin will hold Mark’s half of the tag team belts and even participate in title matches if need be.

Well that’s it for now. As always, stay clean and healthy and read a good book when you can. Until next time!
