Hello everyone! ^_^ Today had plenty of newsbits, so let’s get to it.

Sailormoon: To show you that love of this series is alive and well, there is a news article touting various easter eggs in video games. Among them is a Super Sailor Chibi Moon character in Silent Hill 3! In Mortal Kombat Armageddon, go under “kreate a fighter” mode. Then, select a female player, and go under hairstyles. Anime 2 is Sailor Moon’s hair! Dye it yellow, then look about the other items, you will find a school uniform, her manga wings, and even her boots! Also, you can play as two Sailormoon named characters: Sareena (Serena) and Hotaru (a boy.). And in Bomberman Land for the Wii, look under hair at the shop. A short version of Hotaru’s hair appears! Also, if you play through the game a bit, under accesories, you will eventually find Peruru’s wings!

WWE: The ring name for Chavo’s new helper accourding to wwe.com is Bam Neely. OVW fans might also know him as Justin “The Ox” LaRouch. In other news, reports claim that there was a robbery scare WM weekend! Several news outlets claim that Batista’s rolex and some of the wrestlers’ passports went missing. No word yet on the culprit. On an unrelated note, some newspapers have posted a story about taggers, spraypainting churches with DX logos on them. (HOW CRASS!!!!) TNA: Somewhere in the night, I can just see Eric Bichoff and Paul Heyman wishing they could re-book iMPACT’s main event that aired Thursday. The main event saw Sting and Kevin Nash (WCW/nWo) vs. Team 3D (ECW), with Brother Ray having earlier cut a promo, saying that the elder wrestlers like Nash and Sting bleed companies dry, bully promoters, and are ultimately the reason why WCW folded in 2001. The match went to a no contest, after Team Tomko and Team Cage got invoulved. Samoa Joe signed the contract Kurt Angle drew up, stating that if he loses at Sunday’s PPV, Joe retires. Joe looked very good in a clean black suit, while Kurt wore a loud pinstripped suit with a grey thick striped tie that doesn’t match anything. The card also saw the cute Roxxi defeat Angelina Love w/Velvet Sky by using plenty of Amazing Kong’s moves, Super Eric defeat Black Reign, and in a very shocking moment on the card, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin battled against Petey Williams and Scott Stiener in a high flying, high spirited match. Alex and Sabin utilized many of the moves ROH fans love from them, but in a shocking twist, Alex was pinned by Petey after the Canadian Destroyer. And that’s where it got WEIRD. Scott seemed thrilled at Petey’s win, however, he informed Petey that he still had one (or three) more things to do before his “training” was complete. It wasn’t enough that Scott had already electrocuted Petey, hit him with his car and used him as a car ornament, nor that he had beaten and tried to drown the poor kid, but now he had to cut off Petey’s trademark locks. First came the scissors, then the clippers, then more shaving and trimming, until Petey had little hair left, but then Scott shocked Petey by giving him his own chainmail headress. Now Petey as dubbed by the commentary, stands confused next to Scott as “Little Petey Pump”. Oi vey… Also, Consequences Creed returned, to beat Jimmy Rave for a spot at the X-Scape match for Lockdown.

Also, Kurt Angle stated in an interview recently that, during his tenure with WWE, the most ammount of time anyone from THQ spent with Kurt was 2 minutes, saying also that THQ never really pays attention to wrestlers, and that’s why many SmackDown titles lack playability or correct information. (See digital Kane’s face about three games ago.)

ROH: Jack Evans is 100% ready for this week’s shows! Jack will be in a tag team match this week invoulving the Briscoe Bros. In an odd twist, Lacey and Austin Aries have gone missing from ROH offices. O_O Hope everything’s okay! Earlier this week, it was reported that Austin had to reluctantly pull out of today and Saturday’s cards, due to a massive head injury. No word yet, but their MySpace pages have been updated….

Speaking of which, Alex Shelley has responded to Jimmy Jacobs’ blog. These two face off next Friday, to settle an old score. Mixed Media: Some idiot at CBS has gone and played a cold joke on wrestling fans. CBS touted that an upcoming episode of “Secret Talents of the Stars” was set to feature Ric Flair salsa dancing. At first, CBS promised this would be episode one, but continually pushed the show to one timeslot after another, until finally airing the show this past week. SANS FLAIR. However, although CBS still promised The Nature Boy in a following episode, the series was just CANCELLED after dismal ratings for ONLY the PILOT episode. BOOOO!! >_<

On a nice note, Marc Mero (Johnny B. Badd) is the new face of The National Coalition for the Advancement of Drug-Free Athletics, and is touting good morals, and is teaching kids and younger athletes to stay away from steroids and drugs, and other enhancers, so that more athletes will play healthy and clean. “Remember kids, sometimes it’s healthier to be a bit pudgy and heart-happy, than to be action figure ripped, but feel sick. Play clean!”- This was a comment from Codename Sailor Earth.
