Hello everyone! This is actually my second post today, but since my first one was deleted after I hit the “Publish” key, I’m retyping everything again. ARG!! Not much from the WWE camp, as Raw was lackluster. So I’ll just update you on the Backlash card so far, but first, Hello Kitty?

PWG: Sanrio mascot Hello Kitty defeated fellow Sanrio member Kuromi at Saturday’s Pro Wrestling Guerilla event. Kitty White, born November 1st with twin sister Mimmy, was a crowd sensation. Hello Kitty is part of a new faction known as the Kitty World Order (kWo). Here’s a transcript from 411mania:

Kitty World Order Debut:
Hello Kitty Defeats Kuromi, Pinfall via Roll-up
- Clearly one of the most odd matches in PWG since the “Tuxedo Match” between Joey Ryan and Top Gun Talwar, this match featured two grown men in tights with Hello Kitty/Kuromi masks on. Hello Kitty wore a pink singlet and a Pink mask with a Pink bow on it. Instead of going for a comedy match it was a fairly serious lucha style match up with Kuromi actually swearing at the crowd for extra “heel heat”. While the match was like watching a strange AAA match on Galavision it was passable, consisting mainly of roll-ups and reversals. It appeared that Hello Kitty and perhaps the other men were both Japanese. *hint hint* No idea if this will be a semi-regular occurrence, but the crowd seemed to be fairly into the match in spots. *1/2

Please read the rest of the transcript, which includes PWG crossover matches with ROH stars at: http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/72557/Pro-Wrestling-Guerrilla-\\Its-a-Gift…and-a-Curse\\-Report-4.05.08.htm

WWE: Due to tensions that ran high Monday, Backlash will see a fatal four way for the Raw heavyweight title. It will be HHH vs. Randy Orton vs. JBL vs. John Cena. Also, because of the explosive tension between them over Flair’s retirement, Backlash will see Shawn go toe to toe with Batista.

In other news, new reports suggest that Big Daddy V was not sent home due to illness, but instead due to his size. V is reportedly okay, but at 350lbs. WWE management want to see him drop at least another 50 lbs, even though he’s already lost more than 100 lbs since his return to television a few years ago. These unfair practices will one day bite WWE in the behind…

Mike Knox may be under fire, as a home he recently moved out of still contained bottles of steroids and needles. The goods were found by the new homeowner’s children, and police are investigating the situation. No comment from WWE at this time, but several newspapers are already pointing fingers.

Mixed Media: Andrew “Test” Martin was arrested Sunday, after police say he was driving under the influence. Test was a WWE star for several years, and was last seen on tv at a TNA iMpact taping. He is also one of the only open supporters of deadly steroids. More as it becomes available.

Well that’s it for now. As always, stay clean and healthy, and read a good book when you can. Until next time!
