oh gorsh.. yes that is my ISP.
i called them up today regarding my previous post -BEING UNABLE TO PLAY HKO.
So i started my conversation with:” Yes. Apparently,some Singnet users are unable to get to a game called Hello Kitty Online. Is it possible that Singtel is blocking our connection?”
Then he replied:” So, you are unable to play the HK game. Are you able to connect to the internet?”
Getting a little frustrated by this reply, i answered:” Yes. There isnt anything wrong with my internet connection. Singtel users are unable to play the game. Singtel users AROUND SINGAPORE are unable to play the game.”
Then he replied: ” Yes Maam,(i wonder if i sounded old-.- nvm not the point) i understand, but singtel does not block the users connection. It could be the game blocking your connection. Did you call them and check it out?”
I answered, being a little angry now:” I did inform them about this and they told me to contact Singtel and they are working on it now.MOREOVER, Starhub users have no problem with the game, So why should it be a problem to ONLY Singtel users?”
then he replied:” Yes, Please call them(HKO support team) up and check out the problem.”
giving up, i answered:”OK, i will hear from them and get back to you.”
SHEESH. so he don’t even bother to check out if Singtel had “accidentally” block any connections or something… Do they really want to lose their customers this bad? All the heck-care attitude. His tone of speaking did not please me at all. It sounded as if he had just woken up.
Ohwells. Now all im hoping for is that It is the game that is blocking our connection.. I am not going to blame HKO though, it is obvious that they are trying their best to solve this problem and i salute them for this.
To all Singnet Players: Let’s pray hard that this problem would be solve.
