Happy mooncake festival to everyone! Hope you all enjoyed! Let’s see what i had done on my mid autumn!

I had went to Fitness First with Evie as she has two free passes, one for me, while the other one for her cousin sister. (Evie was so good to me! So touched!) As we had decided on Friday that we wanted to join the Pilates class which started from 1.10 p.m. to 2.10 p.m. on Saturday, we had promised to meet at Maxis building before 1 p.m. . When we went in and went through all the procedures, we were allowed to place our things in locker and start our activities. We quickly placed our things and went to the exercise room to checked out the schedule and room. Soon after we got into the Quiet Gym room, we were told that the Pilates class was for intermediate students. Oops! But the Pilates instructor was good enough to invited us and try out the Pilates.

I tell u what, i am not kidding, is hell tired! I even teared my both legs nerves when doing the stretching! 

~After the pilates, both of us tried to snap for our best memory!

~Me half-dead on the floor… Ha-ha!

After the Pilates, i suggested we went to Bodycombat. It was a cardiovascular exercise that included some Taichi, Thai boxing and kick-boxing. It was quite tiring as we need to kick and punch and jump here and there. Evie felt like dying after that, ha-ha! We went to shower after the class. It felt so good to showering!

~Evie had done her hair blowing, while me just wanted to start blowing my hair… he-he..

~We really that hungry after huge workout! Can’t get enough of food!

On the night time, my boyfriend’s house had a steamboat gathering.

~This was just a small part of the steamboat ingredients! I know is exaggerate! But it’s true!

After the dinner, my boyfriend was seized by a whim and said wanted to go clubbing! It was the first time we’ve been together that he suggested to go clubbing! Usually he was like forced to go when my friend’s birthday. But tonight he was just carried away by a sudden impulse! I do wanted to go, but the worse thing was, i did not put on any make up as i never thought of go clubbing! But his friends consoled me and told me i was looking great even without make up! Ha-ha! I hope they did not bluffed me!

We were hanging out until 2.30 a.m. in the morning! And i reached home at 3 a.m. .

With the huge work out in Fitness First + dizzy flu medicine after steamboat + Chivas and dancing in Poppy = aching and exhausted yet contented!

I was so happy and content with i had experienced today!

I had decided the ‘purple’ theme for my Garden. But there were two extraneous variables in my ‘Purple Garden’!! (1 on left and 1 on right!)

Anyway, two of them are the most matching extraneous variables that i have seen before! Ha-ha! Besties!

Besides that, me and Evie had brought the same Seventeen eco bag!

After class, we went to had our lunch at Wisma UOA food court, pan mee again…ha-ha! 3 times a week! Finished lunch, we went to attended our 30 minutes experiment.

We were so free after that, so i suggested we go watch ‘Sorority Row’ at Midvalley. The car park was so packed and crowded, there were no single car park bay for us! Suddenly, i spot a bay! But there was a car waiting, which is Hilary’s! And fortunately, the bay is quite long, is near the wall, so we parked 2 cars at 1 bay! Ha-ha! (don’t worry, we really did not blocking the way, i promise!)

We had bough the ‘Sorority Row’ movie tickets for 4 p.m. , and student cards holders only need to pay RM7 (normal rate is RM 9) We still got an hour to wait, thus, we went to Pet Wonderland. It was filled with animals’ smell, and of course, not a good one. I remembered the last time i came, the smell was not as strong as this time. Anyway, after loitering a while, we got used to that smell. (not really actually, i used my jacket to covered my nose!)

Around 4 p.m. , we went in to enjoy our movie. It was quite scary, the way the murderer killed others. Me, Evie and Hilary covered our eyes so badly! I used jacket; Evie used scarf; while Hilary used her hands. Anyhow, it was quite okay, and i guess there will be a ‘Sorority Row II’ because of the ending.

After movie, we went to the exhibition hall as there was a Panasonic exhibition. They are introducing the ‘Eco Ideas’ with their inverter that will save energy, money and environmental friendly. They got a series of mini games to let the visitors play along. The main character for this event is ‘Mottainai’, which mean wasteful. For example, it is Mottainai if you let the television on when there is nobody watching it; or it is Mottainai to throw away the old clothes as it can be reuse as an old rag to wipe the table. 

And guess what?

  We managed to take photo with the Mottainai grandma! I like her hair!

We did played games too. It was a game which i need to decided whether that particular statement should goes to Reduce, Reuse or Recycle. Then i will need to step on the color that represent each of the 3R’s on the floor. It earn me a Mottainai Grandma paper clip.

The other mini game is to spot the differences between a Mottainai and non-Mottainai pictures. After the game, we can take photos with the webcam that link to the LCD television, and collect the photo at outside.

On the other hand, we are entitled to redeem a free eco bag and a T-shirt if we fill up the Eco Ideas card, survey questionnaire and with any one of the photo, paper clip or fans from the previous games. The card that we wrote thing on will be straightaway scan into the plasma TV by a machine. So cool! 

We were told by the staffs that we need to finish a round of the exhibition only we can redeem our thing at the counter outside. So we were so obedient and really gone through all. 

  The tunnel that led us to the other side of Panasonic Lumix exhibition has this changing light that turned into gold from dark blue.

Finally finished my PSY 207 assignment! I’ve been doing on this personality brochure since Monday.

Monday

I started off by searching for appropriate theories and concepts that match with my personalities.

Tuesday 

After getting theories and concepts, i tried to come out with a draft on my brochure. Actually i already thought of making a pop-up card. So i took out all my cards and inspected on the way how they make pop-up card. Finally, i found the way! So i started to drew what i want to be on my pop-up card.

Wednesday

After sticked all the pop-up items on the black A3 paper, i pasted the theories and concepts on the pop-up items and also the balck paper.

Thursday

After i finished my Human Services class, i went to car washed as my car was really dirty! More than 1 week didn’t wash already… While waiting for my car, i had my tea time at Station 1.

I back to home and continued to do the rest of the parts.

I felt so satisfied when i done with this! Wondered Dr. Anasuya will think my master piece as kindergarten’s work? Hopefully not….

This morning i had taken pork mee and a tea before i went to college. My boyfriend had asked me to call the bank to stop the cheque. So i called. The third time only i managed to talked to the person-in-charge. After a round of conversation, there were something that i need to tell my boyfriend to handle. So i called him. His mobile phone was off. I called about 5 times. Then i called to his mother’s mobile, nobody pick up. Then i called his youngest brother, off his mobile too. Then i tried to called his younger brother’s mobile, nobody pick up, so i called another number of his, still nobody pick up. Then i called again my boyfriend’s mobile, still off. I got no choice but to called his shop’s number, damn it, nobody pick up as well! What the hell is went on?!! I wondered why were this happened to me! I got anxiety to frustrated, i decided to called the very last time to his mother before i head back to his house all the way from my COLLEGE! Oh man, need about 15 minutes if no traffic jam! Finally, his mother picked up the phone. I told her about the circumstances, and she said she will call my boyfriend. I was really curious, since my boyfriend off the mobile, how is her mother going to reach him? I thought as much, she cannot reach him and she asked me to text messaging my boyfriend. I was like, ’OMG, this is so urgent, and now i am hell nervous and you asked me to leave my boyfriend a message? Are you kidding me?’ Anyhow, i had to bear that in mind and told her i will.

Soon after i hung up her call, my boyfriend finally shown himself by calling me! Damn! He don’t know how worried i was! I almost burst out in tears! I told him the circumstances, and he asked me to go back to settle that.

Thus, i was driving like mad lady like i was going to give born! Fast and furious!

I thought the procedure will took me at least half an hour, who knows only 5 minutes! I came back all the way for that stupid 5 minutes and sacrificed my 2 hour lectures which i might have a quiz to do and lost my marks! Shit!

Yeah…and i need to drive all the way back to my college AGAIN for my group discussion at 12 p.m. . When i reach Pusat Bandar Damansara was about 11 p.m. ,which i was late for an hour for my lecture already, so i wanted to cool down myself and i turned my steering wheel to the directions of Bangsar. I went to MPH bookstore and i managed to found ‘Damaged’ by Cathy Glass!   

This book really calm me alot. I mean the moment i stepped into the bookstore and started to looking at books, i felt so much calmer. And when i found this book, i was so delighted! So immediately i held this book in my arm and proceed to the cashier to pay and make it MINE!!

After walked out from the bookstore, i saw Crocs specialize store. I walked in and looking for the Hello Kitty Jibbitz. I got all 6 of them!

These Jibbitz really cured me! I was like amnesia that i cannot remember the incident that i was so frustrated…The power of Hello Kitty! Ha-ha!

Here a cute little Malt drink i would like to share with you guys!

 Yeah…this is a drink from Thailand, my parents went and bought on their trip.

If you had ever drink Horlick before, yeah, that’s the taste of this malt drink. I really love the mini can. It is so easy to carry out, not heavy at all. By the way, i was wearing my new Hello Kitty blouse, which my parents bought for me from a shopping mall in Thailand. Adorable!

This was how my bad day turned into a good day!

I want to soak myself in the story of ‘Damaged’ later! It’s time for me to washed away my dust and dirt on my body! *bubbles time*    

I had my breakfast at Oldtown White Coffee, Ampang Water Front with my boyfriend this morning. The waiters knew us very well already and we always talk like old friends, escpecially they like to joke around with my boyfriend. It was nice they treat us kinda better.. Hehe..

After breakfast, i went to my Human Service class. Today we have a guest lecturer. He is a Malaysian. He worked at New Zealand as Educational Psychologist for 3 years before he returned here. Today he shared his 3 years experience there among us. He talked about the process of dealing with a new referral case. Now i realized that is is not easy to construct a plan to help client, we cannot force others to accept our idea just because we have the psychology knowledge. We need to discuss with other expertises to avoid any unwanted mistakes and able to give the best to the client. It really require teamwork, which it is tough to achieve, in my opinion. I had gone through quite a few times of conflict and uncomfortable in a teamwork. I think it is hard to get a team mate who can share the responsility with you in different dimensions of work. I had completed my task 1, which i need to answer 2 simple questions that related to the guest lecturer’s talk very soon during his talk.

Due to the KISS principle, the guest lecturer was able to finished his talk an hour early at 2 p.m. . After we submitted the task 1, me, Evie and Hilary went level 9 to complete our PSY201 ERB form, which is Ethical Review Board. It was a long one, although it may seems to be only 5 to 6 pages. In addition, we need to come out with Letter to Participant and also the Consent form. Therefore, we used about 2 and half hours to done that.  FINALLY~

We felt so cold and our fingers became numb and my nails became purple color. Most importantly, we were so hungry!! This was how we award ourselves for completed the ERB form.

Pizza Hut:

We ate our heart out! Full until cannot walk! Ha-ha!

I still got more assignments on hand to be complete! Arghhhhh……….hate that!!!!!!

Just had a warm and fresh shower…feeling so good now…first of all, i would like to say Selamat Hari Raya for all our Muslim races, hope you all have a wonderful and prosperity year ahead!

I wanted to blog on Saturday, really, but i was too exhausted, so today i would have to be a long-winded, compose my 3 days experiences. (i suppose it gonna be a long one… )

Saturday

I had a group discussion with my PSY 205 fellow group members..To be fair to Evie, who does not has her own transport, we decided to go a place that near her house to do the discussion. So, we chosen Feeling Cafe.

It was beginning with a good and quiet environment that really suited us much. But, thing turned bad when we heard the sound of machine cracking the wall or something. Oh goodness, how are we supposed to do discussion like that? We forced to continued too…Cathrine and Jeff had to left earlier, so Hilary, Evie and me continued the discussion by our own.

Mid of our discussion, the electricity went off suddenly! We all got shocked but anyhow the staffs managed to solved it in a couple of minute.

I did not bluff you, seriously, the electricity dead and caused me in dark…

Physiological arousements will come one after one. So, scare should be follow up by hunger…

Milan Cheese and Ham Chicken Chop. Taste average, not really special though.

Until 8 p.m., finally we left without our proposal…sadly…coz’ we had decided to change our topic and need time to searching for new journals and past research. We might be thinking too much of possibilities and caused such an issue..

Sunday

I woke around 11 a.m. , and went to shower. My grandfather had cook curry vegetables, potato with chicken and a tofu mushroom soup. Immediately after shower, i took my brunch. I was so hungry that i cannot even wait for my uncle and cousin to come and eat together. Oh, poor me…

After eaten, i had finished my reading on ’Hidden’ by Cathy Glass. Undoubtedly, it is a touch and sensible true story that should be able to raise our awareness towards the social issues that happen around us. If everyone of us give a bit, we will be able to give a lot of help to them who are in needed.

I got nothing to do while waiting for my boyfriend to wake up from his beautiful Sunday morning. Thus, i had some reading on PSY 205 text book. By the time he woke up, it’s 3 p.m. already. I have a birthday party to be attend at the night, so i suggested that i take shower before we go out so i do not need to go home and change again.

We went to Sungei Wang and had his brunch+dinner and my dinner. This was what we got from the short shopping spree:

One discovery during window shopping at Sungei Wang. A Japan shop named Daiso had opened at there. It was my first time there and i realized all the items in that shop are RM5!!! Regardless what you got, from accessories to some clothing, kitchen utensils to gardening, they got almost everything you might need!

Monday

Today i had woke up at 6 a.m. because i had a 1-day Perak trip with my boyfriend and his family. Upon waiting for my boyfriend to call me up, i had my favourite interest done:

Ha-ha! Nothing else but took photo!

We on our way around 8 a.m. .Our first destination was Bidor, where we had our breakfast.

The handmade mee was very delicious. You can see from the empty bowl, i almost eat the bowl along. Hehe…

Then we headed to Hot Spring in Trolak, although we need to follow Sungkai road signboard to reached there and we thought Hot Spring is in Sungkai… 

Me and my Darling soaked our foot in the 40 degree hot water. My foot nearly cook! But my boyfriend said not hot yet very comfortable.

Love this! My backside not bad ah! Seems slimmer…coz’ my face very fat and chubby!!!

We are going to cook our boiled eggs in the Hot Spring water!!! But that side was crowded with people so we decided to go another place to boil the eggs but………. 

Our first attempt was about 5 minutes. But we failed because the water was not hot enough. So………..

Our second attempt was around 10 minutes…But still, the water not hot enough to boil the eggs…got some people said they had boiled for an hour but the eggs still not fully cook yet.. Thus…………….

We went back to where we supposed to boil eggs there and put the eggs inside a metal tin and put it into the water. It went around 10 minutes and the eggs were still not cook yet because the hot water source only come in the middle of the stones, which we need to put the eggs there only can cook faster.

So we asked an uncle to helped us to put there when he was standing there to took care of his eggs.

As you can see, sooooooo many people were cooking their eggs with whatever materials, skills and patterns. Ha-ha! I guess many are from Scout! Wahaha!

Finally….we spent around an hour, the eggs were cook!!!!

A round of running and waiting and sweating, the eggs really tasted better than ever!

After had eggs, i went to shower and we headed off to Teluk Intan, where Ah Heng stay. (one of me and my boyfriend’s friend)

His parents were so friendly and warming that they offered us a marvelous dinner.

They only used plain water to cook with fishes, fish balls, squids and other seafood. But the soup turned out to be so sweet and tasty! That is the power of seafood freshness!

After dinner, they offered us their own plant mangoes as dessert. The mangoes so sweet too! Ah~~~Thank you so much for your generous!

Then we got the chance to visit the fishermen factory where they stop their boats when they came back from fishing.

Behind me is one of the boats that they used to go fishing. I heard from Ah Heng’s dad that usually fishermen will go around 14 days before they come back. Hmmn…that is why the boat need to be so huge so that they can put their daily items there? I mean i just guess….hehe…i should have ask him…

We went back to Kuala Lumpur around 8 p.m. Everyone was so tired yet happy to round the Perak and seen so many new things. The most pitiful person was my boyfriend, who was so sleepy and tired but still need to drove us all the way home. Thank you so much Darling!

I am so full now. I wonder how am i going to sleep. I just had steamboat as my supper…Gosh…it was over limit…

Anyway, just wanna share with you all the changes that had been made by this particular steamboat restaurant.

Yes, that’s it. All the utensils are being wrap in one set and is supplied by a sterilize company. This simply means that instead of going for traditional washing method, they had progress to such a higher level which they collect all the dirty dishes back to the company, and they would sterilize all the utensils for you, and wrap in set separately. Do you think the hygiene purpose is really there? I don’t know. It depends on how you perceive the meaning and level of hygiene.

After open, it included a plate, a tea cup, 2 sizes of bowls, a sauce plate, a spoon and a pair of chopsticks. All the utensils are fully printed with the company’s name except for the chopsticks.

The beautiful clay pot that used for steamboat purpose. Usually the other steamboat shops would use normal aluminium or metal pot. I think this is because this steamboat shop serve porridge steamboat as well. Porridge will stick on the metal pot but not on clay pot. Well, this is just my opinion..I don’t know the real reason…Ha-ha..

All the dishes we had ordered at 11.30 p.m. ….

Deng deng! it’s time to tucked in! I took much of Pu Er Tea and thought it will help me in digest, but it seems like i really over limit. Now i feeling nausea and like going to vomit. Oh shit…. how to have a good night sleep…?

I love Friday, simply because i look forward the coming of Saturday, ha-ha!

The Garden of mine would always have a theme color mostly on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, because we got the same classes on these particular day.

These today’s theme color:

~Obviously, is pink color right? I know mine is combination of a few colors, but that’s the only pink top i got… (i think…)

Ya, i know my Garden lost the sight of Rainbow and Bee because they cannot make it there… Such a pity…

However, we still need to eat although it was pity..ha-ha!

~Nyonya Fried Rice! It doesn’t spicy enough, and i mixed with so many chilli belacan, and Kelvin, who cannot eat spicy, wondering whether i really love spicy that much.. On the same time, i was wondering why nowadays guys just cannot eat spicy, my boyfriend is one of them… Ha-ha… Men from Mars while women from Venus!

Actually, i was intended to do some extra reading that related to my Psychology field. I did went to Kinokuniya and MPH, i managed to found some interesting topics but the price is not so favourable.

Luckily, my Garden included many different characteristics. My Buterfly Evie is a book lover! She had a lot of interesting books, that’s why she offered me to borrow her books to me. I so touch! She so considerate!

This is my first Psychology extra reading, sponsored by Evie, my Dear Butterfly.

~I am going to read it through my leisure time (if i have so..) The assignments deadlines are forcing me to be so tension and stress and freaking out like mad lady! Argghhhh~~~~~~~~~~

*p/s: I am going to wrap the book for Evie. I just cannot stand my book become dirty and yellowish especially the book’s cover is white in color. And for you information, Evie told me she does not like to wrap her book and likes it to be a bit dirty to show that she read that book before… OMG…but don’t be surprise, that’s the specialities of my beautiful Garden.

Weird+ Weird+Weird= Valerie’s Garden

I am wondering…Is a relationship lasts? I don’t know. The longest duration of my relationship was 2 years and 7 months. Reason of broke up was he hooked up with another girl when he went to National Services.

The second longest duration was 2 years plus (i can’t count the exact month because we’ve been broke and together for a few times) Reason was he hooked up many girls in our relationship. Everytime he promised he will change, he would not do it again. But is just a whole bunches of empty promises.

Now, another 2 months i would be celebrate my 2 years anniversary with my current boyfriend. But, do i have the chance?

I cannot feel him with me. No, i can’t.

Is he change? Or me, myself had change?

I asked myself, many times, ‘Do i still love him?’ and i know the answer is yes. I tried to talked to him regarding this. I tried my best to protect our relationship. I don’t want it breaks into pieces.

I think too much? I making myself being paranoid and burst into tears almost every nights? Why? Did you ever think why i behaved so? You don’t. In your eyes, i just being paranoid. You never know that how much i care about you because you never think at other people perspectives. You are the world. You only care about your own feelings. How many times i had adviced you to be more considerate? What i said were all rubbish, please feel free to throw it into rubbish bin.

Yeah…To you, i am being so annoying. But you never realize that a person who is meant good for you is the one who would advice and criticize you when you did something wrong. A person who knows how to do apple polishing is your favourite. But they are the one who would backstab you after that.

I don’t know how long i can stand for it. But i know i am just a normal stupid girl who would willing to do anything for my loved one…yeah…i am just that normal… and i only own a fragile soul now…can you see that?

Now i am sitting at Starbucks Coffee Bangsar Village II. Just ordered a Green Tea Latte, and planning to blog for my morning interesting Human Personality class.

This morning i managed to had my nasi lemak with tea tarik as my breakfast with Hilary and Grace. (part of my Garden!) Then we headed toward our class, and we were a bit late for it. *oops*

Until the half period of the class, Alice asked us whether we want to eat Apollo or not. It sounds so familiar to me yet i try to remember whether is it the white color sweets with green color wrapper. So, i was wrong.

This is the Apollo she meant…. Ha-ha….i think i am old…cannot even remember one of my favourite snacks…

Today was the compulsary class for our activity. Whoever had absent from this activity, the attendance for this activity would not be taken even you attend the lecture. And…this was our activity…

You must be laughing at my kindergarten drawing and wondering what the hell for a Degree class doing all this drawing right?

Let me reveal the truth to you!

It was kinda art therapy. From the drawing, we can know a little bit more about what the person is thinking and what might be happening to he/she recently. Oh ya, for your information, i am a Psychology student. This was a Human Personality class. It was the funniest class among the 3 lectures we had before. Now only i realized the essentials of the art therapy. It is suitable for kids and also people who cannot express himself/herself well, because the drawing would talk for their sake.

After the class, we had a group discussion to discuss about our Human Personality group project. We would choose Gandhi as our topic of the ASIAN personalities.

When the discussion end, Yen had asked us to have lunch together. Thus, me, Evie, Hilary and Yen went Jom Makan at Wisma UOA. Before we go there, there was a Ramadhan Bazzar in front of the kpd A. Due to our curiosity and 1 Malaysia spirit, we went to take a look. These are what me and Evie got fom the Bazaar.

Originally this was RM20 each, but then she gave us special discount at RM15 each, because we are student ma…. ha-ha!

 Now, i got to search imformation about Gandhi. So i shall catch up with you guys soon!

Garden go Green!

Supposingly the organizer was Evie, but wonder how she sprained her ankle nerve, and she felt so pain until she cannot walk. That’s why our Garden was short of 1 person. What a pity! But today she came to college, i am glad that her ankle are better now!
