I was intended to blog tomorrow, but just now i slept at 8p.m. , then i woke at 11.43 p.m. , and now is proven that i cannot sleep anymore. o.O

Last Friday there was a Poslaju sorry note on my doorstep. Obviously, it was meant for me. I tried to called the service line to request for re-delivery, but the line was busy and i supposed that time was break-fast moment for Malays, so nobody out there to pick up my call.

Thus, today i had to go to the Poslaju office personally to collect my parcel. Luckily there was the direction signboard for Poslaju, i thought it is located at the same place as Pos Malaysia, and i nearly lost. 

When i first reach Poslaju, i was like, ’Oh my God, it is an out-of-way place!’ no wonder i nearly lost. Then i walked toward the counter. I felt really upset with the services attitude of that Malay lady. She was so rude, no smile and no greeting, and the way she directed me to take a seat first was like i owe her a billion dollar! Oh, she was not DIRECTED, she was GIVING ORDER to me!  Hello, i am a customer, as a basic for customer services, it that a right thing to do so? I had a bad impression toward this Malay girl, but i see objectively, the other Malay guy is better, at least he greets me, and knows how to say thanks when i was about to leave. Well done!

I cannot wait to open my small little so-called ‘parcel’, because it is just an envelope size. Ha-ha!
