Actually i got nothing special to talk about.. I just want to share with you guys what i had during a shopping spree in One Utama.

There is a shop, i forgot what the name of the shop is, is something about QBox or what box… The concept of this shop is that it has a lots of cubicles. You can rent a cubicle and sell your things there, no matter special or usual, cosmetics or souveniers, you can sell whatever there. This concept provides an opportunity for the people who has not much money but really would like to do their own business to realize their dreams.

Anyway, i am not trying to doing free advertise for them. Ha-ha! I just want to share what i had bought, because it is a Hello Kitty wallet! I know it sound normal, but it is an envelope design o!

Happy Mother’s Day!

I had came back from Kemaman, yesterday. It was a nice holiday for me. I went there with my course-mates.

4/05/2009

I went on Monday. Our bus departed from 9.30am, but guess what? We reach Kemaman at about 4pm! Gosh, i sat in the bus until my buttock felt so numb!! Anyhow, i felt very excited in the bus. I felt something new was awaiting for me!

We reached and Evie, who stay in Kemaman, Terengganu, came and fetch us to her new house at Paka. It took about 45 minutes to reach her new house. On the way, we passed by Petronas properties. Petronas did have a lot of properties there. The houses that Petronas built for the working staffs are very nice. There were no fence that separate that houses. Only the green field that separate the houses. It really look like resort. Ha-ha!

When we reached Evie’s house, we were like, “Oh God, the beach only behind your house!” It is true. The beach is just located behind her house. We put down our stuffs and the first thing we did was, go to eat! We were so hungry! Evie brought us to the beach, there were a few Malay stores there. So we chosen one and sat down. Evie ordered pisang goreng, fish balls and keropok lekor for us. Yen & Hilary had ABC, Evie had Jagung while i had Jagung float.

Jagung Float! Behind is Keropok lekor..

After that, we went to walked around on the beach. The wind was so comfortable, but also made us sticky. Then, we went to Evie’s aunt’s house. She treat us a dinner.

Dinner

5/05/2009

We decided to see sun rise as all of us never see before. So we woke up around 4 am, but unfortunately, Evie’s mother said it was going to rain, so the cloud blocked the sun, we may be unable to see sun rise. Felt disappointed, but we headed back to sleep as we really sleepy. He-he…

We woke up around 10.30am, after shower and get ready, Evie’s mother brought us to a Malay store for breakfast. There were some typical Malay food, such as curry chicken, asam fish, vegetable and so on. But it was delicious. Yummy!

After filled up our stomach, we went to the ‘Couple Stone’ at the beach. But we cannot walk to that stone as there was tide in and the water covered the way. So we only can chose another stone to take photos… Well, better than nothing ma…

My pretty legs!

After that, we went to Awana Kijal. We had a big ABC ice kacang that can be eaten by 4 to 6 people. It is really big yeah…

 Big ABC!

We went to swimming pool, jaguzzi. We also played pool and board game. It was filled with a lot of laughing & fun!

At night, we went to a Malay restaurant. It was located on the water. Yes, ON the water, floating. When a mini boat passed by, you will feel the whole restaurant shaking. Ha-ha, even a fatty walked by, it will shake also. The nasi goreng kampung was delicious and spicy, my favorite!

After that, we went to Evie’s house at Kemaman. We will be overnight at here for the rest of days.

6/05/2009

We woke up and get ready before 9am. But our house owner+tour guide still sleeping, does not want to wake up. @_@ Never mind, we will wait… (coz’ we got no choice but wait!) After everybody ready, we set up!

Evie’s mother brought us to a famous coffee shop, named Hai Peng. It established from 1940 until now, i think now is the second-generation that manage the coffee shop. There was a funny dishes, named Nasi Daging. It is rice with small piece of boneless fish, wrapped in a banana leaf. You open it, and pour something like the curry sauce with chilli padi on the rice. It was quite tasty.

After breakfast, we headed to Cherating, at Kuantan. We went to the sea turtle hatchery.

 The hatchery..

Baby sea turtle…cute!

Bigger sea turtle..

Bigger than the bigger sea turtle… haha!

After visited the hatchery, we went to a nice bay. We walked there and enjoyed the wind. We had took some photos, but the photos were with my friend’s camera, so i unable to upload here. So sorry! But you all can imagine the nice scenery, we jumped up high and took the photos! Hoorray! There were baby crabs everywhere on the sand. Cute and mini!

After a natural environment, well, you know, girl right? We went to an artificial cool place, aha, got cha! East Coast Mall, a shopping center at Kuantan. It was quite completed with MNG outlet, Padini concept store, Nike, Adidas, Brands Outlets, Parkson, Carrefour and so on. We went to Sushi King to settled our lunch.

My Soba set!

After lunch, we went to shop around, I went to Parkson, and i saw this thing!

Hello Kitty small table!

It is a mixture of classic and antique and cute and pretty!!Gosh, i really hope to get this! It is RM189.90, but i did not bring that lot of money! Wuu…… I wanna get this!!!!!!!!!

After a heart-breaking, we found a worthy deal! Manicure or pedicure, 2 for 1 service! This which mean 2 person will do the same service but only for 1 price! Great deal right? So i did pedicure with Evie, each person only need to pay RM34! Wahaha~ But i forgot to take a snap of my pedicure…and now i am at outside, using WiFi, so i cannot lift up my leg and take photos now right? People will think i am crazy… Ha-ha! while Hilary do a basic pedicure and Yen spent RM180 to cut, dye and highlight her hair. See, how can this business field survive without women? Can you guys see the spending power of women? We help to increase the growth of economic, how noble we are…!

At night, Evie’s mother brought us to chinese restaurant. Finally, after a few days of Malay food. We had eaten lemon chicken, sizzling tofu and 2 vegetables. A content dinner! Erg…! Oops, sorry!

After shower, we played poker cards while chatting until 2am. Love girls sleepover!

7/05/2009

Time flies. So fast we already at the last day of this trip. Our bus at 11am. So we got up earlier. We went to Hai Peng coffee shop again. I shared the fried mee siam and fried mee together with Hilary. I also had 2 half-boiled eggs and 1 Teh ‘C’. After eaten, we bought the well-known coffee back to KL.

Then, we went to buy mangoes. The mangoes are very sweet, although it do not look nice.

Subsequently, we went to buy keropok lekor. I do not buy any because i guess my family members would not like to fried it. But Yen and Hilary did bought RM5 each.

After bought all the local and significant food, is time for us to go back to KL. Evie and her mother sent us to the bus stop. Finally, we waved to this lovely place. Bye~ Gonna come again!!

Trip experience:

I enjoyed a lot! Seriously, although i cannot swim, but Evie and Hilary taught me to float on the water. I had learned how to float on the water even though not so perfect yet. I never went to so many different beaches before. All beaches had their own speciality that attract people. The wind that flew to your face, the sound of waves that washes away your trouble. How good the feel it was!

What make it so fun is that, i can have a sweet memory with my sweet friends! I really appreciate them as my friends! I enjoyed the sleepover, the poker cards, the beaches, the pedicure, the laughing and photos snaping around!
