It's not a costume I recognize (i'm a big fan of the cardcaptors anime and manga), but she wears a new dress every chapter, so could be. More importantly, the pose is really out of character for her and there are none of her telltale props, such as staff, teddy bear, or cards. i don't have any suggestions though - sorry first off, awesome blog!!
