Whipped out my camera when Annika walked out of her room wearing make-up that she put on herself!

She really likes to have her photo taken and she will willingly do any pose you request her to do. Future Philippine’s.Next.Top.Model. (?)

Oh, and she put that little head band herself! I love all my nieces and nephews but Annika’s definitely my favorite

Brian (superBONG) actually just wanted to watch Colbie Caillat perform at Trinoma but we bullied him into getting a new haircut (since, being the newly elected President of his organization, we felt he needed a “power cut”) so he went with me and Tippi (Queen Neferkitty) to Menage salon where he got a mini make-over. Of course, there’s a before-after comparison:

Can you see how unhappy he was with his haircut before??? heh heh heh! Look at how happy he is after his makeover!! Awww! What do you think?

After getting a haircut, we proceeded to the activity center where we were greeted with a multitude of fans waiting to see Colbie Caillat perform (actually, I bet about 25% didn’t really know who the performer was. They were just waiting to see what the fuss was all about).

We stood at the second floor balcony enjoying the view (see photo) and waited around for about 45 minutes… then we saw Colbie perform:

The only song I really knew before watching her perform was “Bubbly” but I kind of liked all the songs she performed and I’m thinking of downloading buying her CD. She actually sounds slightly better live!

We were REALLY hungry by the time the concert was over so, after going around debating about where to eat, we finally decided on dinner at Zong. We had the Spicy Singaporean Fish Fillet, Pan Fried Chicken coated with Salted Egg, some veggies I didn’t care much for, and good ol’ Yang Chow Fried Rice! Food was generally good but it wasn’t something you’ll hear me rave all day about.

Anyway, by the end of our “date”, we were happy that all three of us got a haircut, saw Colbie Caillat perform, and ate delicious food!

I had the most fabulous weekend because I got to spend it with my darling cousins (the usual suspects minus Lu Jean who decided that work was more important than us. BOO!).

Friday: Learned how to throw a frisbee the non-loser way with Tippi, superbong, Justin, Adi, and Tin!

Friday Night - Sunday: 2 nights and 2 days of KTV, Mario Party, and shopping fun with Tippi, Justin, Jen, Adi, and Jao.

Had fun! Let’s do this again, okay? (No rigorous activity next time, please! Anyone up for a board game day/night? With our usual “punishment“, of Kool-Aid Kick course. hehe!)

Yesterday was my dear cousin’s (Brian / superBONG) birthday party and although I can babble on and on about what happened, I will just go through it point by point… in bullets. (Best invention in print since the typewriter)

• ONGcoholics, INC., REPRESENT! (I can’t remember what we named ourselves, if we did. Hmm…) It was SO nice to be with my fabulous cousins again! Can’t stress enough how much I adore them and how lucky I am for having them as my cousins. Wouldn’t trade them for a closet full of Jimmy Choos (OH YAH, that’s how much I love yah!)
• Met TIFFY for the first time in person. It’s a little embarrassing, actually, finally being face to face with someone who I was so comfortable bugging, disturbing, annoying through text and calls. Now that she knows how I look like, she can see my face in her head while thinking “She’s driving me nuts!“. hahaha! Hello Tiffy! SO nice to finally meet yooouuu!
• I learned that GSM Premium with Kool-aid and Sprite, plus shots of Absolut Citron is equal but not limited to getting your throat burned, having a hole in your stomach, receiving multiple pinches on my fat arms and getting whacked on the head. Never again. Scratch that. Let’s do this again, guys.
• Oh, yummy food!
• I felt SUPER bummed about not seeing Jason dance in his play! But it’s okay because I’m sure with all the complaining and whining that I did, he will be forced to invite us next time. ha ha ha!
• Oh, finally, THE BONG SONG…. Bobobonng booong… boboboboboboooong bong…. okay fine, can’t do it. Someone send me an mp3 please?
