early 2 work, work up 7:20am, brkfst: oatmeal, lunch: sweet n’ sour chix rice lean cuisine, yogurt, tapioca pudding, apple, dinner: salad, chix soup, barley pea soup, cheese bread, chocolate chip cookie. walked 20 mins, arm exercises, took vitamins, put on fading cream, flossed teeth. didn’t spend anything today.

woke up 7:15am, got 2 work on time, oatmeal 4 brkfst, lunch: turkey n’ cream cheese sandwich, pasta salad, pickle, green smoothie, dried mangosteen, dinner: chicken tacos, chips, water, coconut waffle.

yesterday woke up late about 8:30am, had chicken noodle soup for brkfst, apple, tapioca pudding, and chicken n’ rice for dinner. walked 20 mins. spent $14 for dinner

today i woke up late at 9am, had oatmeal for lunch and chicken dumplings for breakfast. starting to have lower back pain from sitting too much in front of the computer.

day 3 of the resolutions: brkfst: curry bun, lunch: thai chicken noodles and green beans, dinner: meatball egg noodle soup, apple. walked 1/2 hour. did not wake up earlier today. spent $4 today for buns

so i was hoping to start with a fresh new year to try accomplishing my resolutions again. yesterday 1/1/09 i woke up late around 9am, ate oatmeal w/flaxseed, eggs and white bread, apple, thai noodles w/chicken and mushroom soup. walked for 1/2 hour.

today 1/2/09 had oatmeal for brkfst, meatloaf, tapioca pudding, apple, yogurt for lunch, pita chips, and veggie noodle soup for dinner. walked for 20 minutes today, woke up around 7:30am. spent about $16 today.

last day to goof off and eat like a porker. tomorrow i resolve to eat healthier, exercise more, spend less, wake up earlier, be kinder, not use internet @work so much

the year is ending soon and i haven’t accomplished my new year resolutions at all. not even come close. well there’s always next year so i’m resolving to start over next year but until then, i’m gonna eat like a pig and just be a sloth.

brkfst: chicken noodle soup, lunch: pizza, polish hot dog, coke,

1/2 hour walk, spent $ 15 on brkfst.

oatmeal w/flaxseed, thai noodles 4 lunch, veggie noodle soup for dinner, woke up at 7:30am, went 2 bed late at 2am for online chat. spent $18 on lunch.
