day 3 of the resolutions: brkfst: curry bun, lunch: thai chicken noodles and green beans, dinner: meatball egg noodle soup, apple. walked 1/2 hour. did not wake up earlier today. spent $4 today for buns

so i was hoping to start with a fresh new year to try accomplishing my resolutions again. yesterday 1/1/09 i woke up late around 9am, ate oatmeal w/flaxseed, eggs and white bread, apple, thai noodles w/chicken and mushroom soup. walked for 1/2 hour.

today 1/2/09 had oatmeal for brkfst, meatloaf, tapioca pudding, apple, yogurt for lunch, pita chips, and veggie noodle soup for dinner. walked for 20 minutes today, woke up around 7:30am. spent about $16 today.

brkfst: cereal, lunch: corn, carrots, strawberry yogurt, ravioli, dinner: veggie noodles, fruit dessert.

someone stuck a maxipad to my windshield while i was parked at home. makes me wonder if it was a prank or if i pissed someone off. i tend to think it was a kiddie prank.

brkfst: oatmeal, lunch: frozen dinner, yogurt, fruit, cake, pretzels, pineapple, dinner: ramen noodles

spent $20 on dinner. walked 2 hours.

Today is the 2nd day of attempting to get back on the wagon of New Year’s goals.

Yesterday I ate: Oatmeal w/flaxseed oil, dried apples, salty noodle soups for lunch, and beef noodle soup for dinner.

I walked for 2 hours.

 Today for brkfst: Oatmeal, lunch: frozen dinner, yogurt, and fruit, dinner: chicken tacos (no chips, yay! I was able to resist the chips).

Walked for 2 hours today. I want to lose about 20 lbs.

woke up 7:30, 10 mins late for work, didn’t eat healthier and no exercise but didn’t spend anything.

brkfst: oatmeal, 2 ferrero rocher chocolates, lunch: chicken, green beans, cherry pie, apple, yogurt, dinner: chicken white rice, new year cake, beef n’ greens, orange

woke up at 8:30am, used internet all day long, no exercise, didn’t eat healthier, brkfst: chicken noodle soup, dinner: white rice, chicken, new year cake, pork, beef, strawberries. Didn’t buy anything today.

wokeup at 8:00am today. no exercise. brkfst: mcdonald’s breakfast burrito n’ orange juice, lunch:chicken pita, dinner: soup n’ chicken n’ white rice. Did not buy anything today

woke up at 10:30 am, used internet almost the whole day today, didn’t really eat healthier, no exercise. didn’t buy anything today.

brkfst: yam, dinner: pad se ew, fried rice.

woke up at 7:3am, 10 mins late for work, didn’t use internet for personal use at work, sorta ate healthier, walked for 1 hour, bought $27 dinner.

brkfst: dried veggies, small cookie, small cupcake, lunch: beef stroganoff tv dinner, apple, yogurt, dinner: hakata ramen soup, yoki kori stir fried noodle.
