early 2 work, work up 7:20am, brkfst: oatmeal, lunch: sweet n’ sour chix rice lean cuisine, yogurt, tapioca pudding, apple, dinner: salad, chix soup, barley pea soup, cheese bread, chocolate chip cookie. walked 20 mins, arm exercises, took vitamins, put on fading cream, flossed teeth. didn’t spend anything today.
woke up 7:15am, got 2 work on time, oatmeal 4 brkfst, lunch: turkey n’ cream cheese sandwich, pasta salad, pickle, green smoothie, dried mangosteen, dinner: chicken tacos, chips, water, coconut waffle.
yesterday woke up late about 8:30am, had chicken noodle soup for brkfst, apple, tapioca pudding, and chicken n’ rice for dinner. walked 20 mins. spent $14 for dinner
today i woke up late at 9am, had oatmeal for lunch and chicken dumplings for breakfast. starting to have lower back pain from sitting too much in front of the computer.
day 3 of the resolutions: brkfst: curry bun, lunch: thai chicken noodles and green beans, dinner: meatball egg noodle soup, apple. walked 1/2 hour. did not wake up earlier today. spent $4 today for buns
woke up around 6:30am, walked 1/2 hour, chicken noodle soup for brkfst. spent $10 on brkfst.
My current favorite song is Viva la vida by Coldplay. Normally I can’t stand Chris Martin’s whiney voice but this song has a catchy beat and the lyrics are interesting. I dislike Gwyneth Paltrow so even more reason to not buy their latest CD but Coldplay’s latest tune is listenable but probably forgettable in a few years.
So many failed missteps to keeping my new year’s resolutions. it’s so hard when there are so many good tasting foods around like chocolate cake, cheetos, dibbs ice cream. been on a binge of junk food since august, i kept telling myself i’ll get back in better shape starting sept, well, yesterday didn’t start too well, ate really oily and late at night so i feel like an absolute blimp now.
so far so good for today, i walked 1/2 an hour. brkfst: oatmeal with dried apples, iced sweet tea, soybean nuts, lunch: egg sandwich on wheat, fruit berries. hopefully i’ll be able to eat better for dinner. didn’t buy anything today yet but i do plan to get some bottled water. woke up at 8am today later than i would have liked.
Yet again trying to aim for perfection. At least 21 days of sticking to my goals. Brkfst: Cereal & soy milk. lunch: chicken noodle soup, tea, dinner: veggie soup, water, cola, soy nuts. Woke up at 6:30am, walked 1 hour. want to do laundry and buy some kibble $41, dinner $20, and maybe a kong.

5. my significant other, not having to be on the singles scene - oh so pathetic when i am
Starting over for the millionth time, this time my goal is to make it at least 21 days. Brkfst: cereal, Lunch: brown rice & tofu, bacon bits, Dinner: Udon soup & gyoza, sweet ice tea. walked 1/2 hour this morning, woke up at 6am, would like to wake up at 5am to have more time in the mornings, ate a little healthier, spent $65 on a static mat. $10 on plastic tarp.
today i had cereal for brkfst, lasagna, rice n’ tofu for lunch, and dinner yet to be announced. woke up around 6am, i am waking earlier and taking more walks but still haven’t mastered the art of eating healthier. got a long way to go. Spent $16 on a new collar and plastic bowls.
Halfway into year 2008 and my new years resolutions didn’t last very long, 3 weeks at most i think. ok, now i will attempt to start over once again. i have been pretty good with waking up early n’ more exercise lately but still binging on junk food.
so, as of today, sunday, june 22, 08, i resolve to attain my 7 goals to a better life.
