a new month starts tomorrow and i will try again to keep my new year resolutions. eating healthy is the hardest one to keep. i do have to spend a little tomorrow. i’m thinking of buying my uncle a digital camera and a couple of memory cards - probably will cost me about $200.
well, i haven’t been keeping up with my diet plan. i have been walking daily but the food part is just too difficult. each day i have good intentions to start the day out right but then when someone throws a free chocolate chip cookie my way, i gobble it down like there’s no tomorrow.
woke up around 6:30am, walked 1/2 hour, chicken noodle soup for brkfst. spent $10 on brkfst.
My current favorite song is Viva la vida by Coldplay. Normally I can’t stand Chris Martin’s whiney voice but this song has a catchy beat and the lyrics are interesting. I dislike Gwyneth Paltrow so even more reason to not buy their latest CD but Coldplay’s latest tune is listenable but probably forgettable in a few years.

So many failed missteps to keeping my new year’s resolutions. it’s so hard when there are so many good tasting foods around like chocolate cake, cheetos, dibbs ice cream. been on a binge of junk food since august, i kept telling myself i’ll get back in better shape starting sept, well, yesterday didn’t start too well, ate really oily and late at night so i feel like an absolute blimp now.
so far so good for today, i walked 1/2 an hour. brkfst: oatmeal with dried apples, iced sweet tea, soybean nuts, lunch: egg sandwich on wheat, fruit berries. hopefully i’ll be able to eat better for dinner. didn’t buy anything today yet but i do plan to get some bottled water. woke up at 8am today later than i would have liked.
