Starting over for the millionth time, this time my goal is to make it at least 21 days. Brkfst: cereal, Lunch: brown rice & tofu, bacon bits, Dinner: Udon soupĀ & gyoza, sweet ice tea. walked 1/2 hour this morning, woke up at 6am, would like to wake up at 5am to have more time in the mornings, ate a little healthier, spent $65 on a static mat. $10 on plastic tarp.
