Today for brkfst: Oatmeal, lunch: frozen dinner, yogurt, and fruit, dinner: chicken tacos (no chips, yay! I was able to resist the chips).

Walked for 2 hours today. I want to lose about 20 lbs.

so i haven’t kept my resolutions. st. paddy’s day 2008 is the day i’m going to get back on track again. i’ve been bad for so long and now it’s time to put down the cheetos dammit! those msg-laden cheeto snacks are my downfall. well, no more.

so i haven’t kept up my resolutions, i was good for maybe 1 month then i fell off the wagon and binged on cheetos, chocolate, cheese. no exercise, life has not been good. i will try again starting tomorrow 3/12/08 to be more virtuous. Weds!!!
