fallen off the wagon for about 3-4 days so i haven’t been posting about my missteps. new year’s resolutions are really hard to maintain. i was hoping after the lunar new year, i could get back on track but it’s taken a few days.

woke up at 8:45am this morning, brkfst: pork noodle soup, a few papaya slices, merenge cookies, the day is not over yet.

woke up 7:30, 10 mins late for work, didn’t eat healthier and no exercise but didn’t spend anything.

brkfst: oatmeal, 2 ferrero rocher chocolates, lunch: chicken, green beans, cherry pie, apple, yogurt, dinner: chicken white rice, new year cake, beef n’ greens, orange

woke up at 8:30am, used internet all day long, no exercise, didn’t eat healthier, brkfst: chicken noodle soup, dinner: white rice, chicken, new year cake, pork, beef, strawberries. Didn’t buy anything today.

woke up at 10am, no exercise today.

brkfst: beef noodle stew, dinner: beef papaya salad n’ new year cake.

wokeup at 8:00am today. no exercise. brkfst: mcdonald’s breakfast burrito n’ orange juice, lunch:chicken pita, dinner: soup n’ chicken n’ white rice. Did not buy anything today

brkfst: oatmeal, fruit, lunch: tv dinner, carrot, yogurt, dinner: chicken n’ white rice, strawberries, orange.

no exercise woke up 7:45am, 1/2 hr late for work still need to do a lot of work on resolutions.
