lunch: french dip swiss cheese sandwich n’ curly fries, dinner: vegetarian vegetables n’ white rice
wok up at 8:45am, spent most of the day on the ‘Net. really bad headache probably from staring at the computer screen too much. had to take a tylenol. no exercise today.

woke up 7:30, didn’t exercise nor eat healthier, but at least woke up earlier.

woke up at 10:30 am, used internet almost the whole day today, didn’t really eat healthier, no exercise. didn’t buy anything today.

sometimes i eat junk food just ’cause it’s there. it’s better if i don’t have any junk food in the house because i’ll be too lazy to go out and get some. alas, a failed step today, but tomorrow i resolve to try again.

woke up at 8:45am, much later than i wanted to. ate healthier today even resisted chocolate wafers and sun chips which were just waiting there to be eaten.
brkfst: oatmeal n’ flaxseed oil, lunch: yam, pomegranate, dinner: beef n’ white rice, salad, dried onion. spent $15 on sprinkler pump replacement and $230 on a medical bill. that’s another motivating factor to keep my resolutions so that i can be healthier and not have to owe medical bills.
