I’ve seen my friends having boyfriend after boyfriend, and each one they swear they love. Is that sort of thing possible? I mean, to love 3-4 different men a year. Maybe I just don’t understand. I’ve never had a boyfriend and well, how could I understand such things? Still, I find it hard to believe.  And Ialso find it hard to get how could someone drop the word “love” so easily. Does it mean nothing for them? In my experience, I find that it will take me months before I realize and finally accept that I’ve fallen for a guy. The first time happened when I was 12, and I really, deeply liked this guy for about a year and a half (but nothing ever happened because I am a dork). It took me around the same time to completely move on, and then another year until I fell for another man. It’s not that I wasn’t interested in any other man. Au contraire, my friend, if there is one thing that drives me crazy is a smart, good-looking man, and I met a lot of those. But did I ever love them? Of course not. Love is not easy. It is not simple. Love is not a thing that’s gonna happen just like that and you soon as hell are not gonna get over it soon. If you do, then you can bet it was not even love in the first place.

Okay, so I just drew this pretty lady here. Her name is Fumiko Kaede and she’s supposed to be a super hero. Well, actually, she wants to be a super hero.  She and her friend Benedicta Cartwright.  They both have super powers, and they want to fight the world together.

Seriously kids, this drawing thing is no easy job, especially when you’re lazy and get frustrated easily like me.  But I like it and I want to do this for a living. Some day. I promise.

Boys come and go. They all look so special with their clothes and hair and walk and talk. I’ve seen so many of them in my life. There are all kinds of boys in my school. They can be so nice and friendly and unintentionally alluring. They can make me faint and sigh. and they can make me forget everything. It can be every boy, really. As long as they’re even remotely interesting and fun, they got me.

But out of every boy I’ve met and seen, I chose these three.

Three boys make my life and they don’t even know it.

César. The first one? I saw him walking by once and that was it. He is tall ans skinny with short black hair and pale complexion. I knew nothing of him until very recently. He’s into all these things that I don’t really like and so I thought it would be best to forget about him. But then I see him at school and I can’t help but turn my head in his direction (not subtle at all), and then I begin to smile uncontrollably.

Federico. And then there’s Federico. He’s got the single most beautiful pair of blue eyes, fantastic long-ish blonde hair and dresses real nice (he rocks the indie-hipster-tough-the-strokes look, and I just can’t handle it).  He’s also tall and skinny, like César. AND he plays the guitar. AND he has a girlfriend. Let’s not talk about him anymore.

Enrique. Last but not least, this boy has great looks (guess what? He’s tall and skinny. Yes, I have a type), great long (but not too much) brown hair, and great taste in music and clothes. But I’ve talked to him, and it was all kinds of uncomfortable. My friend says he’s nice though, and I should give him a second chance.

These three boys make my life, my day, everything.

I just watched the fourth season of Bones, and I reached a conclusion: Ryan Cartwright, the young, British actor that plays the role of Vincent Nigel-Murray on the series should also play the role of every character on every movie that is ever made.

Now, before you go and tell me that this is pretty much the stupidest idea ever, I want you to take a look at this fine young man.

Do you still think it’s an stupid idea? If you do so, then please, take another look at him.

Still stupid, huh? Let’s try this one more time.

If You haven’t fall in love with him already, and do not want him to be the star of every movie ever, then I assume that you a) are not into men in general or b) have no heart.

Anyway, it’s possible that my cute teenager crush on him turns into sad obsession, as I’ve been repeatedly watching every Bones episode he’s been in (only five) and I watched (from beginning to end) this horrible movie called “Virgin Territory in which he’s also in. Well, it also didn’t hurt that Hayden Christensen and Orlando Bloom are also in it. And then there’s this other movie he’s in called “Dear Prudence”, and I want to watch it NOW. I’ve been desperately trying to watch it but it’s impossible to find, since it’s a Hallmark original movie made for T.V. Yes, you read that right. I’m desperate to see and Hallmark movie made for T.V.

And you know what else? I made the guy some fan art. I never make fan art. I rarely ever consider it. And yet I took the time to make a picture of him for whatever reason.

I met them. It was sweet, it was awesome, it was everything I wanted and more (or maybe not, I was kind of expecting to get a proposal from either of them, but somehow, that didn’t happen).

I was raised in Mexicali (a relatively small city in Mexico) by a mostly catholic family. Halloween isn’t really a big holiday there and my religious mother thinks of it as an evil pagan celebration, so the innocent act of going around my block asking for candy was not an option for me. That is, until we moved to Tijuana. It’s all so different here! Last year the streets were crowded and we had to turn the lights off and pretend we weren’t home so no one would bother us…but my father didn’t liked that so he decided we would hand out candy this year. Finally, I would have a chance to know what Halloween is all about! Well, apparently it was just too beautiful to be true…

Have you heard anything about Tijuana lately? If you have, it was probably something bad about this city.  It all started about two years ago, when Felipe Calderon was elected as president (some said it was fraud, but I won’t go any further into this political thing, don’t worry). Tijuana was getting more insecure by the second because of drug trafficking, so he (the president) sent the army to ‘protect us’. Nothing improved, instead, Tijuana is worst than ever. There’s been a lot of executions lately, a lot of bodies have been found (of cops and civilians) and it got particularly ugly this month, with rumors of a band of kidnappers that would supposedly got to different schools and kidnap students, and so, the authorities decided it would be best for everyone to stay home tonight. Seriously, NO ONE is out in the streets and it’s Halloween! Maybe they all went to San Diego?

I actually should be doing homework. I should be doing laundry too. But I don’t really care so instead of that I decided to make a list of rockers that I find extremely attractive because that is much more fun and also, I get to look at pictures of them, which is awesome.

Jamin Orrall

He was the first drummer for the band Be your own PET. When I discovered the band he was already gone and I thought that was really bad because when I saw them live he wouldn’t be there, but what I didn’t know is that the band would break-up before I even get a chance of seeing them live. Now THAT was bad.

Kurt Feldman and Christoph Hochheim

They’re form a band called The Depreciation Guild, and I will see them live in a month! I’m so excited! Seriously, I can’t wait.

Lead singer of MGMT. There isn’t really much to say about him other than “he’s hot”, but that’s it.

Conor Oberst

This is actually a long story. I first saw a picture of Conor Oberst when I played the emogame 3 years ago (he’s one of the characters…). I was absolutely mesmerized by his beauty. This is the picure I saw of him:

How could I not fall in love right away?

So I downloaded all of Bright Eyes’ albums (I bought them all too!) and it was unlike anything I had ever heard so it was my favorite band for about 2 years, but then Cassadaga was released and well…what can I say? I hate that album. He also let his hair grown out, and everything that made me like him and Bright Eyes in the first place was gone.

But just today I watched the video for Souled Out!!! , the single of his new band Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band. I’m in love again.

Also, he cut his hair again.

That’s it! I actually have to go do my homework now! And maybe do some laundry too.

So I thought: “maybe I should post my daily outfits, like other sanriotown bloggers do!”, and it seem like a good idea until I remembered that I wear an uniform for school, and then when I come home I change into sweat pants and an old T-shirt, so I pretty much wear the same outfit everyday.

Also, I posted in the forums for the first time in years! They are really inactive now…and there aren’t a lot of interesting topics…actually there aren’t any. I remember when the sanriotown forums where active and interesting! I used to spend all day online! One could post something and get a reply almost immediately! *sigh* The good old days!

Today I started my social service program, something necessary in order for me to graduate, and it was pretty awesome.
I was with a bunch of friends, and they really made organizing books and taking care of someone else’s bags really fun. I also met some really cool people, which was awesome.
By the way, I got to work with this really good-looking guy I met at my art class about 2 months ago…turns out he’s also super cool! <3
