At 09:15 HKT,  the server was taken down for maintenance and for patch updates. Players will have to restart their Hello Kitty Online game client in order for the Autoupdater to run. The server is now back up as of 10:20 HKT, and players may now log-in to the game.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will be posting announcements within the day regarding the updates included in today’s patch. Thank you for your patience, and enjoy the game!

As of October 10, 2008 at 15:15 HKT, the server log-in problem has officially been resolved. Everything’s back to normal now, folks! That means all our Founders should now be able to log-in and enjoy the game. We apologize again for the recent technical problems, but we’ve now found the problem and will work hard to ensure that that particular issue won’t happen again.

As the server was having issues during that time, some of you may have experienced a 10-minute data rollback.
