We’d like to make special mention of Joystiq’s sister site WoW Insider, for featuring Hello Kitty Online in their site for April Fools. They’ve converted it to Hello Kitty Insider for a day, and it came as a shock to many people, and that’s the stuff of great April Fools pranks!

The news is spreading like wildfire! More and more people are signing up to get closed beta accounts, in fact, we’re quickly approaching the 50,000 subscriber mark!

The game’s coverage also continues to spread to other sites:

Not even the infamous Kittyhell can stop the excitement over the upcoming game!

Although not everyone who subscribed will be getting accounts, it’s definitely going to be a great experience for all our beta testers. Stay tuned for more updates!
