Updates for your game client will be available starting on December 15th 22:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST US Time Zone), 2008. All you need to do is start your game client and wait for the auto-update to complete, it will take a bit of time as it’s a big one. If you already uninstalled the game, the full game client is available for download at the Hello Kitty Online Download Center. Please re-download and install it again, and let the auto-update do its magic! We recommend that you have the HKO game installed and ready prior to the December 15th update.

The Hello Kitty Online Founders’ Christmas Reunion begins December 17, 2008 at 22:00 EST, and will finish December 22, 2008 at 23:59 EST. Please note that Hello Kitty Online will not be accessible outside of this period.
Only existing Founders will be able to play. No new players will be accepted during the Founders’ Christmas Reunion.

So it’s getting really annoying how you keep doing special things for founders beta, how bout instead of giving them special things you hurry up with open beta. There are a lot of people that deserve to play and it’s annoying and really frustrating to come on and keep hoping that open beta is out and you see all this crap for founders beta getting all this special treatment.
I’m starting to wonder if open beta will ever come. I doubt it.. There is no announcement anywhere, you just keep us all in the dark. Thanks.

Momo, this is only the 2nd founders beta…personally as a founder I think its great but they fixed a lot of things the last time round, think of it as a way to get everyone a much better product by the time it’s ready to rock and roll!

I agree with Momo… it sucks that only the founders are able to play… I wanna play too!
And please, without making events that only certain people can enter, release the public event instead. I’m waiting for open beta!

I understand that they are trying to fix stuff before releasing it as OB. But why can’t they have it so everyone has the chance to play? Why make it exclusive? I know to play FB you had to register and only select people were able to make the cut, which wasn’t very fair. And I know things aren’t always fair. They really need to get on the ball and just make it OB it’s been a very long time and they keep pushing back the date.

Where is this information that says OB will happen by Dec 25th?
I understand it is a thank you but it would be nice if we could all have the opportunity to play.
And actually you’re being just as hostile for saying something rude like you did.
Anyways I’m not trying to start anything I was just voicing my opinion, so you don’t have to be so harsh.

i appologize, my words were harsh. i need to control that better, but it would be nice if people would not come into these threads and start complianing about how it is unfair they can’t play yet.
these event are for those of us who are the first testers, you will get your chance to play soon. so please be patient, the servers are not ready for more players yet. that is probably why they have postponed OB
this information was released in the game, but i am not sure how reliable it is.

I am hoping for OB too, even though I’m a founder, on the other hand, I’m glad they respect the founders too. I think it’s tough to be them sometimes too, no matter what happens, can’t seem to please everybody!!

Sarah, this isn’t an event for the HKO Founders guild - it’s for ALL people who played during the Founder’s Beta. So you can still take part, even though you’re in the Charmmy Kitty guild
Does anyone know yet how long the patch takes to download on a DSL connection? Or how big it is…?
And Momo, they can’t have OB before the game is ready to support that many more people. That’s why closed betas are closed - because they need to limit how many people are in the game. Remember, betas ARE fun for people taking part in them, but their primary purpose isn’t exclusivity for selected players - their purpose is to test the game in a controlled environment so the game is ready for when everyone else starts to play.
